Ever time I've been here and use the restroom one of the Mexican workers come in banging on the restroom door saying hurry up he has to clean the bathroom. He even looked under the door a couple times. I told the other workers and they did nothing about it.

McD app decided I'd be ordering from this store instead of the one I'd already picked. App FAQ says call the store to cancel, so I called the store. Staff told me to cancel in the app, they can't do anything. Well, there's no cancel option in the app. Told them as much, so they just said to wait until the order times out. Now I've got the extra fun of contacting McD corporate so that I can get the CC charge dropped.

Only reason I keep going there is it's close to work. Most staff doesn't know what customer service is. Rude and usually not even a thank you. I go mostly for breakfast.

Absolute worst service at drive thru. Took 2 mins to respond when no other cars were in the second drive thru lane, then refused to take my order and said I had to go inside when they then took orders from other cars that eventually showed up in the second drive thru lane. Was this part of some hidden camera tv show?On previous visits, they shorted my orders and ripped me off.Never eat at this McDonald's unless you enjoy rudeness, incompetence, and theft.
Ordered Double Cheeseburgers. Rolled up to the first window and was asked if I had the McDoubles. Nope I had the double cheeseburgers. He couldn’t find double cheeseburgers. I went on ahead to ask the next person if they don’t make double cheeseburgers anymore. He and someone else told me Double Cheeseburgers and McDoubles are the same. Rather than causing a scene I made my way home. Ppl need to know that there is a clear difference between the two burgers. The extra slice of cheese does make a difference on how the burger actually tastes and that’s why I wanted the DOUBLE CHEESEburgers. If McDonald’s doesn’t serve double cheeseburgers that’s definitely fine, but do not say that it’s the same because it clearly is not.
