Terrible service. The manager Ashley was not helpful when I clearly gave the drive thru man Carsh my code for my free item in my reward app. They took my code but did not give me my item be ause it didnt appear on the receipt. And when explaning the situation her response was it not my problem and not her problem that the druve thru guy didn't do his job. Employees here should be either trained on customer their service skills or do their job correctly.

All 4 orders of the fries were very cold, that stuff cost too much to not be able to eat and you can't warm them up at this point, My Mc Chicken was very old I can't eat that mess, the kid hamburger she said was good and the other kid Nuggets were good she said but the rest nope y'all all so wrong for packing old food for them Heathy prices , McDonald's on 95th & Quinvira Rd Overland Park KS

Asked for sauce for my fries and tried to charge me for it. I understand if I was asking for extra sauce but I didn’t have any sauce at all when I asked. None of the other McDonalds I go to in the metro do that and I only went to this one because it was close to where I was at. Will not return.

I bring my son here to play in the play place. It is a very clean and well kept location. Everytime we are here there is someone wiping tables and cleaning or mopping the floor. The food also come out really good for us everytime. My favorite McDonalds.
