Average bagels and lox. Terrible service. Hard to communicate order behind plexiglass. She asked if i wanted each topping and i couldnt understand her so ended up with not all the topping. She acted rude that i couldnt understand her. Limited seating too. Stay away from this place

Great bagels. Best place to get bagels outside NYC

We went shortly before closing time so selection was somewhat limited but still adequate. My favorite bagels. Fair prices.

There are a lot of different bagels and smears to choose from. I got a sweet bagel that was fantastic. I plan on going back again.

Went around 10:30 on a Saturday morning, line was relatively long and even went out the door at one point during our visit. We made it in and out within 30 minutes. Got two bagels with fish and a half dozen to go, bagels have a bit of a chew but are made fresh. Highly recommended the salted filet. I think the space would benefit from extending and having 2 registers and I wish there was a sign that clearly outlined drink choices!

Great bagels - well worth it

We were excited to try this place. The attendant was gruff and unfriendly, barking at us and others. Ironically there is a sign asking customers to be nice to employees. The bagel was just okay. The space is noticeably dirty. Not just the salt tracked in by the patrons but around the room that floor hasn't been swept or mopped in some time. If your dining room looks like that then what does the kitchen look like? Overall we were sadly disappointed.

Ordered my bagels to go from here today, I guess they were out of 2 of the bagels and just decided not to substitute them with any other ones? This is super disappointing since I paid for 2 bagels that I didn’t receive, but I didn’t really think that we needed to count the bagels before leaving.

EDITED: I reached out to the email address provided in response to my initial review and they made it right immediately. Everything that we did get was absolutely delicious and this will continue to be our bagel location

Not pleased with today’s service, their attitude is unbearable. Not sure if the lady at front is trying to be funny or actually disrespectful. I told her to warm my coffee because it was not hot at all but she told me they don’t have a microwave instead she will give me ice cubes to make it iced coffee that’s ridiculous. NOT going back again😠

Overpriced, insisted on upselling instead of providing any insight on how they operate. Seemed like they just rush to get through the line so then they can sit there and chat amongst each other. This place is not New customer friendly & I really don’t understand why the kiosks asks for tips… they don’t anticipate for gaps in knowledge for new guests when you order. Ordered two salmon lox bagels & two twisted bread they asked if we wanted to add on… & our total was $50 after tip. Was not impressed with the bagel or the service. While we knew the price for the bagels before purchasing the least the cashiers can do is tell you the price of the add on bread they are so pushy to sell. I will not be returning…

Finally, I found an amazing bagel joint! Also, grab their freshly made rye bread during the weekend, you won't regret!

Found Meshuggah’s several years ago and make a point to treat myself to a bagel when I’m in the area.
It pains me to toss a two star on here bc we have been long-time customers and I’m hoping ownership will take note here
My comparison is to the Jewish bakeries in Manhattan NY that serve the freshly boiled and baked soft/chewy style of bagel
Meshuggah’s used to be similar (truthfully, never as amazing as NY, but as good as KC could offer). Over the past year, the quality has tanked. Dry, tasteless and the spongy consistency of an Einsteins bagel. I even called after grabbing my to-go order…had I been given a day-old one on accident? No. Has the recipe changed? No. Has the technique changed? No.
Well, something has changed and after another disappointing run at it today, no more meshuggah’s for me 😭
Two stars is for the schmear- bc it’s still good!
