The girl at the front desk was so kind and helpful with our order and purchase. If they don’t have many donuts in the cases don’t worry you can still request them to make more. They were very accommodating. The mochi donuts are so yummy we got cookies and cream, strawberry funnel cake, red velvet, and Nutella. They were all extremely delicious lots of flavor. My bf got the strawberry boba tea I usually don’t care for boba tea, but this was amazing and the sweetness of the donuts didn’t make the tea taste weird. I also bought the Dubai chocolate covered strawberry cup which was complete heaven. I definitely am going here again and buying all of this again! Great place and kind, hard-working people.

it was nice, my friend and i sat and ate the dubai chocolate, potato tornado, and the all cheese dog which was fantastic!! the only thing was the drink. almost 6 bucks for a drink that was bad and i felt bad to go to say. i got a small discount but i wish i could’ve gotten another drink. don’t get the uber milk tea!!!! but do get the matcha mochi donut!! also the music is good!

Pretty good doughnuts but feels a bit dinky inside. Surfaces don't seem to be regularly cleaned. No soap in the restroom. The worker didn't seem engaging or willing to help. She was also not paying attention to the order being placed. Good choices in flavors though. Sadly, no real corn dogs with meat. Only rice flour is available. Doesn't feel authentic. Whole place feels off and I won't be going back. All baked goods are $3.50

I was excited to try Mochinut, but unfortunately, my visit was very disappointing. The moment I walked in, there was a strong sewer-like smell that made the atmosphere really unpleasant. On top of that, the place was visibly dirty — the floors looked unclean, and the overall environment felt neglected. I understand things can get busy, but basic cleanliness and hygiene are non-negotiable, especially in a food establishment. I couldn’t even stay for very long!! I hope management takes this seriously and addresses these issues, because the concept is fun and has potential — but the current condition of the space is unacceptable

The donuts we good but after we finished eating we saw something’s that made us regret coming to Mochinut. The employee was doing things that were disgusting. She kept sneezing into her hands, touching her nose and picking her eye boogers. NOT ONCE did we see her watch her hands in the 45 mins that we were in the shop. A couple came in and ordered a purple drink, the cup was overflowing with ice and instead of the employee pouring out some of the drink she put her dirty hands in the drink to push down the ice. She could have put on gloves which working with food, BUT she didn’t. So nasty!!

Went up at 7:40 and the doors were locked. The girls inside just looked at me and didn’t even notify they were sold out or closing early. I was just going for giftcard but even if I wasn’t how are you going to close early and lock the doors AND keep the “open” sign up. I’d recommend just going across the street to Panasia because clearly their customer service is awful.

Was okay. My sister was visiting from out of town and really wanted to try this place. The corn dogs were fine, not as good as I expected them to be. I was most excited to try the dubai chocolate and strawberries. My first bite was absolutely delicious, until my sister informed me there was a hair hanging from my fork. Very disappointed that I couldn't finish it due to this disgusting health issue.

I come here once a month with my god daughter and the service is amazing . Super friendly , restaurant is clean , has a photo opp area as well , super cute decorations . Honestly a whole vibe while being there . We always stay and eat there and it’s always a great experience. The food is Amazing & the boba is even better . If you’re looking for a new cute spot I would definitely recommend trying this place . They also have the new strawberry dubi chocolate cups !!
