Purchased 2 half dozen nibblers, a slice of cookie cake, and a small ICEE, which came to over $25! Then there was a sign that said “buy 6 cookies, get 3 free, buy 3 get 1 free” on top of the nibblers, and I did not get my free cookies. On top of that, my cookie cake slice taste half raw and I could hardly eat it without tasting raw cookie dough with some icing on top. Very disappointing given the amount of money I feel I wasted. Will not be buying here again.

Each time I step off of my self imposed diet, it is usually for Mrs. Field’s oatmeal raisin cookies. Yesterday I did for the first time in a couple of months. They were out of as many as I needed. So Mrs. Michelle convinced me to wait on the next batch . I came back in 15 minutes and they were still warm. Even more delicious than normal. Thanks so very much.

I tasted the world’s best cookie today. It was absolutely delicious. The signature peanut butter dreambar melted me with all the layers. I am still craving it!!!😅
I just love the cookies here. I have tried frosted cookies in many stores all I got is disappointment but Mrs.Fields is the best. As a coffee lover I can just say Mocha breezer drink is an absolute heaven. Just try it with whipped cream😋

Like other reviews, the older lady is unnecessarily rude. She told the employee to not give us napkins unless we buy something while I was literally paying for my items. I was so confused. After the manager left, the employee came and apologized for her strange behavior.

The cashier seemed to have trouble understanding, even after I repeated my order multiple times. Rather than being understanding, she looked at me with annoyance. The Mango Smoothie was very milky and creamy, while the Strawberry Banana tasted more like orange juice. Honestly, neither tasted like their names. When I checked my receipt, it showed that I had ordered two Strawberry Bananas, which was also odd.

I just called my local Mrs. Fields cookie store. It's the only one for miles. I was told they didn't sell Mrs. Fields cookies at the Mrs. Fields cookie store, only cakes. I thought maybe the Mrs. F employee didn't understand me so I pulled up the Mrs. F website and told her the exact product I was looking for--Ultimate Crimson Cookie Tower. The employee asked me if it was a drink. I told her the description from the website, but she said, no we only make cakes. I didn't know Mrs. F made anything BUT cookies.
Updated after response from Owner: Your response makes the situation worse. Your employee told me twice you only sold cakes. Now you are saying you also have cookies? Your employee could have offered to sell me the same amount of cookies as what I saw on your website, but she didn't make that offer because she said you only sold cakes. The one star review is warranted because your employees don't know what you sell. It all turned out great though--I found a local cookie shop that was happy to take my $200 order and now has a loyal customer.

Mrs.Fields at the Oak Park Mall has the world’s best cookies!!
Stopped here today to get my kid a cookie for his birthday on the way out the mall. Got the two cookies for the kids and the lady the asked if we wanted another item and could get one free. We decided that we would grab a couple of more things. Turned around to hand, my kids their cookies and help them open them while she spoke with my spouse about the additional items. Of course, my kids immediately tore into the cookies. To which lady says, I see everyone eating and no one paying. Blank face, and a rude as hell. How are you going to ask us if we want more items not listen for a said items, and then complain about us not paying. I literally had my wallet in my hand waiting for my wife to get finished speaking/deciding and trying to give my kids napkins from the frosting on the cookies. It was an unnecessary and rude encounter, and we won’t stop there again!!!! not to mention the cookies weren’t even that great and fell apart from the weight of the frosting.
