This was my first time at this specific Noodles and Company, and the food tasted the same, so it is definitely consistent from each location. We were the only people in the restaurant and it took about 15 minutes to get two orders of mac and cheese. The inside seating area is pretty large, but the area to order felt very crammed. Overall, this was not the best experience because of the service.
I had the basil pesto cavatappi. it was delicious. Lots of flavor. Good service. reasonable prices.
Yum! It was very good. I love this place!
Best noodles location with the best staff ever!
they got my order wrong 4 times in a row 😐 and then a month later put ONE chicken piece in my bowl with the wrong type of noodles

First time being here, looks like it was my mistake expecting a good asian food in this chain store. Their other food might be better but I had the worst Pad Thai in my life. I’m a Pad Thai enthusiast, tried so many in different places.

The food was fast and delicious, perfect for a quick office escape. It's a little dark and dated inside, but still enjoyed my visit!

Didn't tell us when our food was done. Waited 25 minutes for two separate orders they just set on their shelf without saying anything. Poor service. All the ladies want to do is talk backc there instead of doing their jobs.

Took out of town guests as they were exited to eat from here. Their child got accused of stealing a soda by the manager.

Good food, used to be better before Covid, but still very strong. Prices a bit high, good atmosphere.

A whole insect was cooked into my food. I felt something hard in my mouth and took it out and it had a face. A FACE. I screamed and threw it. Absolutely FOUL! Before you blame me, it was dead and partially burnt. It didn’t come from my house. I called the store and they did not take it seriously. They laughed at me, like it was not a huge deal, like it was just some crazy thing that happened. I was beside myself crying and they laughed at me, said they couldn’t find my order and told me to contact UberEats for a refund. I spoke with someone and they said that their store manager would be in Tuesday. They wouldn’t give me a phone number or an email for their store manager. UberEats support chat is a joke, nothing more than a flowchart that dumps you into a contact form. I contacted Noodles and Co corporate headquarters and the KS Dept of Health.
