It's your average mall with your average mall stores. Great place to get in my steps. Maybe grab a coffee and do a bit of shopping on the side.Great place to go when it's super cold outside.

Typical mall. We had some time to kill before heading to the airport so stopped in for an hour or so. The woman at Johnston & Murphy was a blast and that's all I can seriously remember about this place.

To the person that stood on a table and spouted their religious views, I'm sure you were very proud to hear the applause. How good you must of felt. What you didn't hear was the hurt you caused to people that are just trying to live their own life. They aren't hurting anyone. I hope karma brings you understanding.

Shocking on a frigid March Saturday to find a mall busy like Christmas in the 1980s. Did I say busy? More than that, it was nearly shoulder to shoulder. Vacant shops? Not any we saw though there were a few locked doors at what looked to be nonprofit offices or training spaces. You have big name anchors here--Dillards, JC Penney, Macy's, and Nordstrom plus smaller national retailers and a few local ones. It was the same in the full food court that included a variety of fast food cuisines. Parking was an issue because lots were full. I found an easy in/out spot near Macy's.

Oak Park Mall is a vibe. Being a KC native, and growing up not too far from this mall, when I walked through the doors for the first time in probably three years, I was hit with nostalgia overload. I parked in the Nordstrom lot, as I always have, and as I walked through the doors something like muscle memory guided me through the mall. The smell, the look of the place, and most of the shops have not changed. It is still the quintessential mall for the greater KC metro area and the best place to hang out if you want to relive your early aughts high school experience. Whatever you have in your mind as a mall, this should hit the mark. You've got a standard food court, clean bathrooms, and loads of stores from H&M to Eddie Bauer. Now, I came here one day specifically for the Disney store to pick up a minnie mouse doll for my daughter and I was bummed that it left! I googled it and it looks like it left years ago so that is clearly on me. I'm guessing that it may have been because folks like me only go once every 5 years for a kid's birthday party. Regardless this mall is still pretty great, it's got it's pros and cons, but overall it has tons of shops, tons of places to eat, and plenty of parking.

Nice ambiance with many facilities. Love the carousel for child play. Very exciting and wonderful experience for kids and even adults. It a versatile shopping malls. There are a lot of various retail shops, restaurants and cafe. Good place although it does not have big brands like LV.. But still you can manage decent brands at Good prices..

The Mall allows racist tactics from its employees. Shoe Department created a hostile environment for the customers. Nikki was highly rude to a particular group of people and that seems to be the norm for her.

Bad customer service. If you do got to this mall, don’t go to shoe dept. The worker Nikki is racist and rude and is very disrespectful to people that have done no wrong. Search it up on tiktok - @damzv and other accounts have posted about it if you don’t believe me. The mall also has a bad history which you can also search up in google. 0/10 rating. Have a good day. Unless the person who is reading this is Nikki from shoe dept oak park mall.

The show dept is by far the worst area to shop at. It literally sets a negative atmosphere through the whole mall.

This is a very nice mall. Not to big and not to small. Some of the stores inside can get crowded because of how narrow they're. Dillards is also strange because it is split into two different sections.
