We're there Spring Break, kids play area and Carousel ? were gone. Very saddened by this. Hope they bring them back.The mall looks nice overall with a wide selection of stores.

Here's the thing. This is the only really nice and safe Mall in the Metropolitan area! My first time there. What a fun day! Everything you could want. Lots of good parking. Good area. Safe and surrounded by all the major big stores. I never wanted to live in Kansas but now I've changed my mind! And, it was worth the little over an hour's drive to get there from Clinton Mo.

The janitor was very rude and she had a snarky attitude towards me and she kept telling me to hurry up even seconds later entering in the restroom and after that she said in a rude voice hand me a broom in the restroom and like that’s your job not mine overall she spoiled my experience please remove her

The mall itself is great and the stores are awesome just to get that out of the way, however this last time I went the store no longer has benches or any kind of seating anywhere like they used to and being disabled with a heart condition it was incredibly difficult to find a place of rest to safely reduce my heart rate to a safe level.
This is your typical mall. It’s definitely over run by teens. We come here from Nebraska just for the Lego store. We pop in and pop out. The mall has all your standard, typical stores. I would definitely recommend more cleaning personnel to keep up with all the trash. Also, I did not see no security the whole 3 hrs we were there. I would recommend to have more visible security.

Lively mall with lots of places to shop and the huge food court with n number of food options. A huge carousel attracts the kids and the playarea beside it is well designed. Many people are bringing their kids to have quality time. We have easily spent 4-5hours as kids were engaged and had their favourite food. Nordstrom in this mall have great collection.
