Went for brunch. Feels understaffed with 3 waiters who take care reception, bar, and food altogether. Not very attentive, and food came out on the slower side.

Lobster Benedict was a blast, great, 5/5.
Smash burger with periperi fries—burger is not exactly smash style, patty is a bit thick but not very juicy. The bottom bun was overcooked and gets very crispy and dry. 3/5. Fries are very good, the special ketchup is fun, 4.5/5.

Everything was delicious! Especially the pistachio cinnamon roll

For my birthday, my husband surprised me with reservations to this hidden gem in Southern Johnson County — one that has LONG been on my “must try” list. The entry and ambiance instantly transports you straight out of Overland Park as you soak in a space that could very much be at home on either coast.

Not a single detail is overlooked when it comes to the food, cocktails, or service. The culinary adventure of these shared bites not to be missed. Each is unique and distinctive in its own way. We were lucky enough to meet co-owner Swetha Newcomb — her presence takes the dining experience to the next level!

Of Course is a 10/10 every time! The food is absolutely delicious! I can’t stop thinking about the absolutely delicious strip steak and other dishes that we had! A must try for a nice night out!

My husband and I dined at this restaurant for our anniversary. This fusion gem absolutely deserves the spotlight. From the moment we walked in, the warm ambience and attentive staff set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable culinary experience. We were also offered a complimentary dessert in the end (how sweet!) for our anniversary - a rosewater blended icecream which we savored every bit of!
But let’s talk about the star of the show: the aloo kulcha. I am still unable to get over how incredible this kulcha was! It was, without exaggeration, melt-in-the-mouth perfection. Pillowy soft on the outside, filled with a rich, flavorful stuffing that hit every note — savory, spiced, and satisfying. It was the kind of dish that makes you pause mid-bite just to appreciate how good it is.
The big plates were a perfect blend of comfort food and culinary artistry. For the price of each dish, we felt that the restaurant could increase the quantity of food on the big plates a tad bit more. But otherwise, highly recommend for date nights or anyone looking for something new! You can tell there's real passion in the kitchen, and it shines through in the flavors.
Will I be coming back for their Summer Menu? ABSOLUTELY!

Been twice now in 2025. This is a hidden gem in SE OP. Who says you have to go to crossroads for elevated dining - this is it!!! Indian food elevated and not too overwhelming. Absolutely recommend even if you’ve never had -or maybe don’t like the idea- Indian food. Strip and Filet steaks are fantastic. Egg curry is superb. Crab cakes are spot on. Chefs take on a Crème brûlée is inspiring. C Me Later cocktail is dangerously good w/ a hint of heat. We will be back again and again.

Heard about this place on an NPR show, and I’m so glad we did. My wife and I celebrated our 3-year anniversary here, and they made us feel special!! If you aren’t super adventurous, the menu may give you pause. But all I can say is trust the creative genius of the chef!! What wonderful flavors!! Who woulda thought this KC BBQ lover would find his favorite burnt ends at an Indian-American fusion restaurant?! The cocktails and service were awesome! And do yourself a favor and get in there for the pistachio skillet cookie before they change the menu over; it’s life-changing.

We went with another couple and ordered 3 appetizers to go with our meals. Everything we ordered was amazing. I was expecting to miss on at least one of the appetizers but didn’t. Super good food and service. We will go back.

I am beyond blown away by this place. Shelby was our server and the service was actually some of the best service I've experienced stateside. The aloo kulcha was insanely good and cannot be missed. The shrimp pasta was also absolutely delicious, and the dirty mango lassi cocktail was so good I'm already plotting our next dinner. We weren't so sure before coming here because often times fusion food is poorly executed and the flavors don't always land and there was none of that here. That aloo kulcha is actual art. Just wow.

Phenomenal use of herbs and spices to enhance quality meats, fishes, and vegan dishes. Have eaten here twice with zero complaints. The lamb is out of this world! Burnt ends, Filet, Shrimp, Smash Burger, and Scallops were a big hit.

We had the filet mignon and ribeye. They were cooked perfectly and had unique wonderful flavor combinations. We finished with the carrot cheesecake. Gorgeous and delicious! We sat at the bar. The bartenders were friendly and very knowledgeable about the complex dishes. Thank you!

Unfortunately for my husband and I, we did not enjoy our experience at Of Course last night. Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were told that the CONFIRMED reservation we had did not show up in the system and they would not honor it. I showed the confirmation email, reminder, etc to no avail. It started our night poorly. We grabbed a couple of seats at the bar and noticed other couples had the same issue but somehow the restaurant accommodated. No check ins for us to see how we are doing, no attempt to set things right. The food was great (crab dip, egg curry toast, ribeye). Drink was good but as the night went on you could tell the kitchen was backed up and even service at the bar declined. We are typically forgiving diners and generous tippers. Nothing aligned during our time here and unfortunately we would neither recommend for a special night nor likely go back to visit. Would not give this place any more of our money.

The food was phenomenal!! We can’t wait to come back! Great service everything was perfect.
