Fun place for the family. The kids love picking out all of their own toppings. The staff is super nice too!

The bathrooms were some of the dirtiest/ disgusting I've been in.
There were multiple normal flavors of yogurts not available/out of order. The toppings case was messy and a lot of the toppings were wet(m&m, cookie dough, chips, etc). I have never been here before that the conditions were so bad like this. This was the first time I've used the bathroom there and I almost left just because how disgusting it was. I might have to find a new place to go if this store is not cleaned and managed properly. Very sad, cause I really liked this place.

Parking: Handicapped parking spots were hard to park in due to big dip and large holes/broken cement.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp very broken and hard to get up from parking spot. Store was accessible to get around in wheelchair.

I love it!

The young man at the counter (owner?) was very friendly and helpful. We are super-picky about frozen yogurt and we’re impressed! They have some unique flavors like taro and popcorn (which tasted like salted caramel). We will be regulars here?.

We tried this place for the first time and loved it! They had great flavors like taro, Carmel popcorn, etc. They also had many toppings to choose from. The cashier was friendly. We will definitely be back

Good frozen yogurt bad customer service, no one at the register but 2 girls giggling in the back, waited 10 minutes for someone to come help us

This used to be so much better and our go-to place. Now sitting in the restaurant listening to 4 kids acting completely unprofessional behind the counter, louder than all the customers together. Dirty floors, add-ons mostly empty, no napkins, etc. I see one of the new owners tries to take credit for Ivy and the clean and enjoyable place this used to be but this is wrong. Our last time.

today I visited Orange Leaf and had the pleasure of an amazing experience, from the moment I walked in the place was extremely clean and tidy, my order was taken quickly by the friendliest and most helpful server who’s name was Nathan who was also working by himself doing all the work, there was a large variety of high quality toppings and flavours to choose from which I think other frozen yoghurt places lack, definitely a place you should visit and worth the money.
