Came by for a last minute dinner and was not expecting to have such a fantastic dinner. Even the price point is surprisingly low compared to other stark house in the area. The Hong Kong shrimp was a fantastic starter. I’d recommend sharing because it is a huge portion of shrimp. For the entree I went with the special which was a horseradish topped Kansas strip. And it was delicious. If it’s on special I highly recommend it. The service and ambience fits a more expensive establishment. Will for sure come back.

Well well. Staff was great. Food was good. The crying fussy 4 year old next to us with the enabling parents were decent with the i pad, three blankets, two sippy cups, a few stuffies and ear pods could have went to Fazoli’s. My lord.
But. We I kept my eye on the prize due to my one date night without our kids in forever!!!!!!! F
I will return.
Stick to the steak.
Key lime was awesome.

My husband and I stopped by here on a Thursday afternoon about 3:30 on our way home from a doctors appointment. Asked for a booth in the bar. When the waiter came to take our drink order, we both asked for a tall(1 Captain and regular coke, 1 house rum and Diet Coke).Simple enough. First he says he doesn’t know if they have talls? (Really? We have gotten them here numerous times). He brings my husband his tall drink. He hands me a regular size glass and I said No! I asked for a tall. He says he didn’t hear me. Then he brings me back a tall with regular coke. I asked him if it was diet and he says, no. I didn’t hear you. We did get our meal. The $48 steak my husband ordered rare was too tough to chew. We left without saying anything. If I had been feeling better, I would have spoken up. Our family has been in the restaurant business for years. We understand customer service. We have eaten there in the past and enjoyed it. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had there. We will take our business elsewhere…. I would suggest you do the same.
Amazing food, drink, and service. One of the best dining experiences I've had. The 3-stars in atmosphere is solely due to the large number of people who were seated wearing t-shirts, cut-off jeans, ball caps, etc. I realize "appropriate attire" is subjective, but I don't believe a restaurant that professes to have a dress code should ever seat individuals who do not respect the restaurant.

Best restaurant I have ever been to. Great atmosphere. Clean. Exquisite food, best steak, calamari, and macaroni and cheese I have ever had. Great service. Very fare prices. I am overwhelmingly happy with this place. It definitely sets the bar for a 5-star restaurant! Thank you, Madelyn for serving us so well!
Kid-friendliness: They have a great kids menu.

I had the filet with the loaded potato as well as a house salad and an old fashioned. The steak was cooked wonderfully and the loaded potato was one of the biggest I’ve ever seen. I spent about $100 after the tip. Overall amazing atmosphere and service. I would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area.

Might have been the worst prime rib I’ve ever had. Med rare that came out gray, dry and rather flavorless. Pretty funny when the menu says they don’t recommend anything med well or well done and this was just that. Smashed potatoes were ok. Service was solid but the food did not match the hype of this place.

This place bent my wife and I over. Made a reservation for 7 o’clock for our wedding anniversary. First time out of the house for my wife since we had our 2 month old. We aren’t seated until 7:20. food took forever. My 27 year old wife forgot her ID and was denied a drink. I get that we have to follow the law but this was a crushing blow to the evening as she hasn’t had a drink in 11 months now and she had a photo copy of her ID. Place was a complete zoo. Just a brutal night. No exaggeration the worst meal I’ve ever shared with my wife after years of marriage.

They really don't take walk ins very well. Told us on a Thursday evening it would be 45 minutes, then when we checked more time, so we left. Absolutely need reservations.
We recently stayed in Overland Park and drove by this site several times, and were finally compelled to give it a try. In short, we loved it. My wife ordered a Classic Cheeseburger and it was huge, served piping hot, with generous shoestring fries. It was delicious. I opted for the grilled chicken sandwich, but swapped out fries for "Not Your Ordinary" Mac and Cheese - which was absolutely fantastic. The sandwich was generous and loaded with lettuce, onions, and tomatoes. The cheeseburger was equally delicious. We would go back for another visit anytime we are in Overland Park!

Our anniversary dinner was superb. The calamari appetizer and drinks were delicious. The Duke vodka martini with olives was made just like I’d make it for myself. I ordered the 16oz prime rib and my wife had the seared ahi tuna. Key lime pie for dessert was excellent. The food was prepared and presented perfectly. A truly wonderful experience.

I want to remind you of the following text: "The food was okay, with a big emphasis on 'ok.' The drinks were horrible, the service was good, and the price for the food was outrageous. If the food was good, not just okay, then the price would be fine. You guys need help with the food."
Parking: Lots of room
Kid-friendliness: Well, I know they are kid-friendly because all the kids I saw inside the building they all where running around
