I come to work in Overland Park a lot lately and I never knew about Pad Thai Restaurant until accidentally driving past it. So glad I tried it because I love Thai food and they did not disappoint. We had the Pad See Eaw, Yellow Curry Fried Rice with Shrimp, the Chicken Wings and Crab Rangoon. All of it was excellent and the service was great. Staff came around often to check on us and refill drinks/water. I will definitely be back soon.

This place lied about something pretty silly but important to me. Seeing the other low reviews (including of a worm in someone’s food) doesn’t shock me though. The reason I ate here was it was the only Thai place near me open past nine- there used to be a lot more places in KC open late but I digress . I’m a lover of Thai food, been to Thailand, but tbh this isn’t my first choice of restaurants. Either way I called and they took my order last minute. I told them I’d arrive in 21 mins near close and asked if their Thai tea had black tea in it. I’ve been trying to drink less caffeinated beverages and I’m almost certain that Thai tea is a black tea-based beverage, and black tea is highly caffeinated. They said no, and then when I got there and asked again to make sure they kept telling me that “Thai tea is only one, not a black tea” or something. They seemed impatient (like another review mentioned) and I didn’t want to irritate, so I just took their word for it and left. But later when I researched it my initial belief was proven correct- Thai tea is brewed from strong black tea! Why the need to contradict and not even know about your own products? I even apologized for arriving at close and said thank you. I just wanted to know how much caffeine would be in the drink! It doesn’t matter I guess because they leave the same response to every less-than-stellar review. Plus the place is expensive, spending 26$ for one meal and a drink is a lot, but they are probably just annoyed by me and others. I won’t be back.

Last night a friend treated me to dinner here. I usually eat here once a month. The wait staff rushed the entire experience. Appetizer arrived with the entree. They kept coming back to the table to rush us through our meal. Not going back. The food wasn’t up to par either.

If I could rate higher I would. I have not been this pleased with an overall dining experience for a while. The ambiance they created here is absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived they were attentive and yet never overbearing. Party of Six. Got seated within 10 minutes. We tried the appetizer plate and then all six of us got different dishes and shared the dessert. Everything was delicious. Beautifully plated. Served hot. (Ice cream served cold! lol) Thai spice IS HOT. My sons like spicy Mexican, and half-seared their tongues with Medium. The dessert was an extra bonus of “Wow!” Creatively designed, so lovely to look at, and beautifully displayed. Delicious! Wow. Wow. Wow. Absolutely my new favorite restaurant! It is not a large restaurant yet they were steadily busy the entire time we were there. A must visit.

Truly outstanding food and hospitality. Found this place based on internet ratings and it was excellent. Portion sizes are huge and the food is delicious. The staff was very kind and hospitable.
Favorite Thai place in the area for us. Great quality ingredients cooked perfectly. Service is polite and observant. Ambiance is on the quieter side which we prefer.

Absolute gem! Unsuspecting location but step inside to experience a charming little spot. The ambiance is so cozy and quaint perfect date spot, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Great service, they are quick and attentive. The food is great, I had the crispy pork egg roll which was delicately fried and had great flavors. Main course was the chicken Pad Thai which was delicious. Good flavors, hot spice was fairly hot which I like. Great presentation of everything and a reasonable price for the food and upscale feel.

5 stars for this elegant modern Thai restaurant - the decor was modern Asia with a relaxing vibe. The menu was a great surprise as it had many different dishes that we had not tried before. Their beef dishes in particular have a delicious, rich and tasty flavor. Definitely try the numtok beef dish! We would definitely come again to try other dishes! Service was very good and quick. 5 stars!
