Panda Express in Overland Park

“Dave and Lorna (I apologize if I spell or got your name wrong !!) they 100% made our experience amazing. We had come from another location that did not hold up to the Panda Express expectations and they completely turned it around and made us returning customers. They went out of their way to make us fresh food and gave us a complimentary drink for having to wait (which we didn’t mind at all) they were friendly , full of smiles and went above and beyond for their customers. The location was very clean and in well kept condition!! We came to this location with low expectations and left with higher expectations huge smiles and a wonderful dinner. We will only be coming to this location from now on. All it takes is good customer service, a kind interaction and a willingness to come to work and do it with compassion and these two 100% did that !! Thank you both for turning a disappointing experience into a wonderful experience!! You both deserve a raise because I know if you helped us this way then you are wonderful to all your customers !! Thank you again we will be back !!“

“Wow! It's been awhile since our last Panda Express visit. Our daughter is celiac and there is very little she can eat there, probably just plain rice, but we love Panda so on a recent evening out we stopped by this location. And boy we were impressed! First of all, this location is super clean, nice, and modern. Super clean I'll say it again! Staff is very professional, quick and helpful! The food was fresh and delicious. And these days it's hard to get a good meal for $20 for 2. Each of our plates for $10.10. Under $30 for a dinner for 2 with a shared drink. 5 stars across the board. Highly reccomended.“

“The food is what one should expect of a Chinese food buffet in a café court in a mall. Let's have realistic expectations, people! I'm giving this place 5-stars for friendly, professional service. I showed up hangry and waited in line only to realize once my food was ready that I'd left my wallet at home (30 minutes away). I didn't get the cashier's name but he had long braids or dreads (pulled back, under a hat, of course) and he was super patient and kind as I struggled to update my bank account on ApplePay. Thank you, friend, for looking after me despite my own frustration and bad attitude!“

“I was hesitant to go because of the bad reviews, but thought I’d check it out. The woman serving the food, Patricia, is exactly why this place can get much better reviews. She was kind and was giving the proper amount of food. Places need people like Patricia who will give good service and won’t try to skimp on what we’re getting. Service like this today is becoming more rare, but I’d businesses give customers respect, they’ll get respect in return“
