I notice that Restaurants don't clean or shine their door handles and door windows. To me that's also important. Otherwise, the food and service is good.

Came in On a Sunday evening 2 hours before close. Could not find an employee so we ordered on the kiosk. To sum it up we got a half made salad. A cold sandwich and soup and 2 cold coffees that I had to ask the staff for 3 times before any of them would look for it. I like Panera but will never go to this location again. Staff was rude and food was old. Veggies in salad were mushy and wilted. Staff loudly complained every time someone came in and complained about the way we were eating and talking.

Can’t seal a soup lid, cost me a bad review on Uber, losing my tip, a destroyed order for your customer, and I had to replace one of my hot bags and get my car professionally cleaned, all because you can’t put the lid on a cup of soup before putting it in a brown paper bag

Excellent food, average prices, parking, somewhat healthy.

This is not about the food. This is about the interior of the building. The walls are dirty. The bathroom is dirty and when I mentioned it, it took two days to clean it. It’s very outdated. Looks like it was remodeled maybe 40 or 50 years ago! The chairs are always mixed up. Nothing matches the tables are dirty. I don’t think I’m coming here anymore unless it’s for Carry out.

This is the second time I did not get one of the sandwiches I ordered. Feeding family of 7. 5 kids and not enough food. No option to get the missing sandwich just for them to mail a comp card. Not helpful.

Efficient friendly service, as always, with great food. Especially Asiago cheese bagels that they'll slice any way you want it for free! They have other awesome breads and bagels also which they are happy to slice any way you like it for free!.

Love this Panera! It is set back aways from the street, so some may not see it readily. We went for lunch, and all the employees were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The food was tasty. Had the toasted caprese sandwich with an apple. I forgot how large they are, so I ended up taking half of it home. Next time maybe I'll order a half or split it with someone. Highly recommend this location.

I have ordered quick pick up multiple times from this location. The food is always delicious and made exactly how I asked them to. The one time they did forget something, They offered me 2 free pastries.
This location is phenomenal every time and the customer service is top-tier!!!

The new sandwich they have was the worst sandwich I've ever had. It was freezing cold in the place.

Food is always good at Panera. I do think I was overcharged for my lunch.
