What is going on with Panera Bread lately? I’m paying the same price but getting smaller portions. I ordered an Asiago bagel and received something completely different. When I asked, they said portions have “recently changed.” Honestly, it’s not acceptable. I’ve been to many Panera locations before, but I was shocked at what I got today. They’re selling a half sandwich as if it’s a full one—and the half now looks more like a quarter. On top of that, the tea section was a complete mess. Very disappointing.

As someone who needed a comfortable space to focus on research, I started coming to this Panera a few weeks ago, and I haven’t looked back since. The environment is always clean, calm, and welcoming, but what really sets this location apart is the exceptional staff.
Yeni, Tanishka, Sara, Ivan, Fernando, Mahish, Bella, and Ayra (and a few others whose names I forgot, sorry!) go above and beyond every time I walk in. Whether it's remembering my order, greeting me with a smile, or just creating a warm atmosphere, their service is consistent and genuinely appreciated.
It’s rare to find a place where you feel both productive and cared for, but this Panera manages to be just that. Thank you all for making my daily visits something I actually look forward to!

Most disappointing orders in a long time. I odered a chicken salad sandwich and got tuna that was trying to look like a chicken salad (cranberries and walnuts) as if I wouldn't notice ?? I also ordered one of the iced cookies, and it's iced with white chocolate 🤢 and this all cost me $20

My experience was great and exceeded all my expectations. The manager Yeni went above and beyond to cater to my needs. The A/C unfortunately was down but the manager checked on all tables and apologized which made our dining experience more hospitable and enjoyable!
