I went to eat there ,we were craving the new asiagos bagels (we had already tried and was delicious ) ,and we recommend that to our family and went back today ,was horrible ,steak undercooked and cold food it was ready in less than 5 minutes but not a good quality ,we spent $90 dollars ,we didn’t eat at all just the soups!

Ordered from doordash and when I received my order I was missing 2 things. Went to the store to receive and told the girl up front I was missing a full french baguette and chips. She brings me a bag (I didn't check what was in the bag) and a sliver of a baguette. I corrected her and she got me my full huge baguette so I left with that and the bag i hadn't looked in. Got home, checked the bag expecting chips and it was a freaking sliver of a baguette. That could've been my fault for not checking before I left but seriously. I shouldn't have to. I told her what I wanted right away.

I ordered a salad around noon and went to pick it up at 2:18 PM, but the food wasn't ready. The manager was present and said he didn't know what happened to the order or whether it had been made or picked up by someone else. I was on my lunch break from work and had to wait for them to make another one. He didn't even apologize.

Customer's shouldn't have to pick out decaying black lettuce from their salads. Also, the inside of the rolls isn't supposed to be stale.
That said, I was surprised by the quality of the chicken. It was pretty good, and I'm really picky about chicken. The last time I went was about 2 years ago and the chicken was rubbery garbage, so that's an improvement. The one ounce portion of dressing was kinda pathetic, though. There was an overabundance of cheese. I do like it, but it is more than enough for the salad, and I would gladly trade a little for some more dressing.
The broccoli cheese soup was good, but it's kinda hard to mess up reheating frozen soup. It's definitely not worth the $6 they charge for 6 ounces because it is just frozen soup.
Overall, the quality is split, and it's overpriced for what it is.
Wear long pants and a sweatshirt, their A/C is cranked down to 58 degrees…. or sit out side!

One consistent problem with this one is they never have anyone up front at the cash register. So a line will build until randomly an employee helps.
How difficult can it be to have someone always at the cash register? Do better.

The manager on staff was nasty and sharpe when I ask for a few extra apple chips on my salad he also displayed the same behavior to another person in my group of 18 people
