So I ordered two items, one for myself to eat there and another sandwich to go. After sitting down and waiting for my order a loud obnoxious voice shouted out my name. I went up to the counter and I was told the sandwich I ordered was no longer on the menu. Yet the item was on the board and the person at the register took the order and my money. Really? I also noticed the soup I had ordered was sitting out there but my sandwich wasn't ready. Soup was getting cold while the sandwich was still being prepared. I was offered an opportunity to order a replacement for the sandwich that is no longer available but yet still on the large board above the front counter. I declined and after seeing my soup get cold, I just canceled everything and got a refund.Apparently they have moved away from the vibrating devices that tell you your order is ready to just shouting out your name. I felt like I was at the ball park and not at a restaurant. A very unpleasant and unprofessional approach.I won't be going back to this Panera ever again.

My wife recently made a purchase at the Panera at 11401 College Blvd, Overland Park, KS.This particular location has now stopped including the restaurant name on their printed receipts.Please Panera when you reply to this Google review, rather than give a lame "Please contact us so we can discuss this further" response, just give me a valid reason for leaving off your company name!Really, what do you have to hide?

This is the worst Panera of all time. Never can get an order correct, and never make it right when it’s messed up. This is the absolute last time we will go to this location even though it’s right by out house. We called up there and told them about the mess ups and whoever answered the phone was not helpful at all and did not seem to care or offer any sort of solution.
This was the 2nd Panera we visited tonight. We were freezing and just wanted some soup in a bread bowl. No bread bowls again. When I asked why everyone was out, the jerk behind the counter got an attitude with me and said "No idea". Wow. I said, "Wow, you're super friendly. Thanks!" and stormed out. Will not be back.

I spent $17 dollars on the whole chicken teriyaki broccoli bowl. First of all for the money you don't get much food. Even worse, the chicken was terrible. I couldn't take a bite without fat and gristoe. Hardly any broccol. Very disappointed.
