Why there is no bagel at 10am?? It's definitely not like it used to be.

Good place for a coffee meeting. Food and drinks are good. People are nice. But the location near College and Metcalf needs a remodel badly.

They rang me up at one register and it broke halfway through the transaction did not print a receipt they then ran me up at another register that rang me up and did print a receipt it ended up they charged me twice. They refused to refund my money for first transaction because I didn't have a receipt. LOL. After all that the food was the worst I ever had. Cost me 26.89 dollars extra. Dont ever go there. I won't. Biggest rip off ever.

Met a good friend for lunch. She chose Panera. I'm usually not a huge fan of this place. I find it to be ridiculously high priced, kinda mediocre food and kind of a meh atmosphere. $3.99 for a small drink? Had the Mediterranean salad which wasn't bad. $18.15 total.

So slow. I order ahead on the app and STILL wait atleast 10 minutes in the drive through. Literally the slowest place EVERY time i order.

This is more of a comment towards Panera as a whole. Your prices are a ******* joke. $20 for two bowls of soup?! The bowls WEREN’T EVEN FULL. Maybe 3/4 if we’re being generous. I hadn’t been in a while but this is just disrespectful towards your customers, overpricing like hell especially for reheated soup that comes out of a bag. I will not be back.

Insanity, this is ROBBERY which further confirms my reasons to never go to Panera or allow family members to go here. The sandwich maybe had 1/2 oz of chicken, two baby tomatoes and a couple of lazy onions, a little bit of cheese and non existent sauce. See the pictures. This was a $7 dollar HALF sandwich lol. A “bowl”of soup $8, it’s a tiny bowl. Laughable. See you never Panera

One of the area's better-run Panera locations, with nice seating and friendly staff.

They finally brought back my favourite comfort food Baked Potato soup. So yummy, I haven't been to Panera since it was discontinued. Thanks for bringing it back

This is the worst Panera Bread I've ever been to. The potato soup was almost inedible. I didn't even finish it. I had to go back and ask for a cup so I could get my drink. They completely left my cookie out of my bag. Hope you enjoy the extra 2 dollars you made off that cookie you didn't give me. The service was non-existent. They didn't even call me when my to-go order was done. I had to go find out why my order wasn't coming out and I discovered my order sitting there on the counter. IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN THIS PANERA ZERO STARS, I WOULD HAVE!!

I came here in the late afternoon to do some studying and eat/drink some coffee. Not only were all the coffee dispensers almost empty but the coffee was cold in all of them, and when I asked about it I was offered to have my cup microwaved.... after sitting down with my cold coffee I was unable to study due to loud EDM music blasting from the kitchen that you could hear throughout the store.
