The food doesn’t taste good anymore. The portions are very small, much smaller than the past. The dining area is not clean.

People were very nice on the store. Standard panera good salads and sandwiches. The barbeque chicken and strawberry salad are excellent!

Every time I come here, the service is slow. Things are missing, my order takes forever, and the food is like hospital food, with no taste.
Im part of the sip club, and that's the only thing that keeps me coming back. Is the drinks.

Bathrooms were clean but nothing else was good. Why are Panera’s typically out of COFFEE!?!?!

In the upper echelon of Panera establishments. Great service, good quality food, and convenient location.

This is my fave Panera! It's immaculate & friendly with great service & fantastic food! The proactive manager is always on top of things.
I was stunned by reviews complaining about the staff. Yes, there are some ESL staff members. But they're perpetually cheerful and work incredibly hard to make everything perfect. And they appreciate a simple "Hola!"
Good job, Panera!

In the seven visits we've made to this location over the past four months, they’ve *never* had bread bowls. This time, we decided to call ahead, and Emma assured us, “Yes, I have so many bread bowls.” Trusting her, we got in the car and headed over. Not even ten minutes later, we were told, “We’re out of bread bowls.” This location is an absolute disaster and should be shut down.

Went into Panera Bread (7871 West 159th Street) for dinner with the wife. Placed our order. Of course, they spun the display around wanting to know what tip we are giving. We opted for a $2 tip. After a minute or two they returned and told us that they are out of tuna and could not make us the tuna sandwich we ordered and already paid for. We said, no problem, must refund us our money and we will leave. The manager refunded us the money for our food, but decided to keep the tip. We explained that a gratuity is for good service and/or good food – for which we received neither. He stood fast and refused to refund the $2. We contacted Panera corporate and they said that some stores do this and they have no control over it. Here is my tip. DON’T TIP UNTIL AFTER THE MEAL. You decided if the food and/or service deserves a tip and then tip or don’t tip. Don’t get fool into tipping before food or service. We won’t ever go back to any Panera.

This Panera location has potentially the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I ordered a take out order to be ready at 6:35. I arrived at 6:30, and started waiting. Around 6:45, I receive a notification that “my order has been delayed.” No issue there, I can wait. I wait until 7:10. At this point, I finally ask where my order is, and this is where the ridiculousness starts. They manager on duty LIES to me, and tells me my order was taken by another customer, which is completely impossible, as I had been at the restaurant the whole time, even before receiving the “order delayed” notification. I chose to let it go, as I had no desire to get into it. Finally I get my food and drive home with it, only to realize that my entire order was not included in the bag. An absolute clown parade of an establishment all around, making mistakes and then lying about them to try and get out of any accountability. I was told I would be receiving a full refund but even then I will never visit this location again, and I recommend you don’t either.
