The absolute worst pizza I have ever had. All the toppings were piled in the middle of the pizza. Some pieces only had toppings on the very end. Parts of the pizza were uncooked and raw. I rarely order from Papa Johns and this is exactly why. NEVER

My boyfriend and I have ordered from papa johns multiple times and the same thing happens. We usually get half and half because his parents are vegan and we like pepperoni. But twice in a row they just scatter the half amount of toppings over the entire pizza. Terrible. It’s also often times under cooked. And two times in a ROW we waited over 2 hours AFTER the estimated DELIVERY TIME. Not just 2 hours after ordering, usually we wait 3 hours total. Terrible. No matter the location.

Called in an order for pickup they told us it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Got to the store 25 minutes later and they told me it would still be another 30 minutes. Checked back 30 minutes and they told me it would be another 20 minutes. Still haven’t received my food and they keep fulfilling orders for people who aren’t even here at the store. Terrible customer service and work ethic, don’t order from this location.

So what's frustrating to me about this particular store is how hit or miss it is. Its quite literally either you order and have a hot fresh pizza at your door in 20 minutes OR you order and you wait 3 hours and have to call the store and beg them to cancel. This has happened three times to us and every time the excuse given is theres only 2 of us working.
If that's the case Papa Johns needs to staff more people. Its frustrating because there's no way to tell on the front end if they're slammed or not. And when you call, the customer service is very rude or doesn't answer the phone at all.

Call center says 15 minutes. Showed up at 20 minutes and they still had not started the order. Busy? No problem, just tell me an accurate time. Workers also not in a hurry at all. Not coming back.

Great pizza order 15 pizzas ? ready on time and hot when I picked them up
The order was placed at 1200 for a 515 delivery. It showed up at 630pm cold. We ordered 2 pizzas and some breadsticks and they didn’t put pepperoni on a pepperoni pizza. Also missing 4 extra sauces that we bought. If I could give a zero star rating I would.

I placed an order at 6 p.m this evening for 1 pizza and wings. The tracker on the app said it would be delivered at 6:47. At 7:20 p.m. No pizza! So I called the store at 95th & Nall to check the status of my order. Well on speaking with the young lady that answered the phone.( no name given) she stated that my order was on the make board. I asked her to please cancel my order and to please credit my card back. She told me that it would take 4 days to hit my card. 8 p.m I receive a call from door dash. telli g me that our order was still active.I told them i cancelled it at 8 p.m Poppa Johns is turning into a joke..
