Ordered wings and drink for delivery...took 20minutes longer than scheduled...driver not speak English, using phone as translator...forgot drink, be back in 30 minutes...came back, paid cash with tip...delivery was turned over to doordash as papa johns not USE own drivers. driver cannot break 20 bill..FORCED to massively overtip . Call Papa to discuss...not Papa fault. Store mgr says not their fault. They didn't hire driver...store mgr says all my concerns are with doordash, not Papa. Bad service is becoming common...rudeness is already there.

Pizza 1=the first ordered with extra pepperoni. I called a manager how many pepperonis normally come on that one pizza she said about 25 I told her I ordered extra pepperoni. She agreed that's not extra pepperoni.

The absolute worst location to get pizza. The most rude employees, especially the lady that makes the pizza. I ordered one medium cheese pizza and it took over an hour to make. I told them I shouldn’t even have to pay for how long I had to wait and that they should at least give me free breadsticks, pop, or SOMETHING, and they declined. Definitely order from a different location.

Ordered my pizza at 7:25 pm. They estimated delivery by 8:48 pm. I called them at 8:55 pm and the “manager” said my order was being made and it would probably be another 45 minutes. WHAT? 3 hours after my original order is when I’m gonna get my pizza? What a joke.
