Everything is terrible about this location. From management to service. My food was cold after they turned me away bc I had a 100 bill. I had to go find change. Manager was rude and very unhelpful. Would never recommend to anyone and will never order papa johns again because of this experience.

This was a very different experience that I have had at Papa Johns at the past. This location has always had the best service of any Papa John’s restaurant. They keep their store, clean, the respectful to each other, and the respectful to the customers. Keep it up!

Staple of the family. They forgot to put the banana peppers in but quickly rectified the situation when made aware. Parking lot leaves a lot to be desired when other businesses are operating.Parking: Difficult if another business is open at same time.

R.j. was very helpful and kind. The pizza had all the toppings ordered and was baked well. The store looked clean and well managed.

I placed an order for 8:30 pm, as we had guests arriving at 8:45 pm. Surprisingly, I received a text at 8:00 pm stating that my order was ready. To adapt to the change, I arrived at the store around 8:15 .Upon explaining to the cashier that my order was not due until 8:30 pm, he responded aggressively, claiming That I couldn't know what time it was ready. Despite showing him the text message confirming 8:00 pm, he dismissed it, stating your app is inaccurate. His rude behavior continued as he engaged with the customer behind me, completely ignoring my concerns. Feeling insulted, I expressed my dissatisfaction, but he cut me off mid-sentence, showing no regard. When I mentioned filing a complaint, his response was dismissive and aggressive, stating your establishment “won't shed a tear on me.” At this point, I felt unsafe and left the shop. I've never felt so embarrassed and humiliated by a service provider.

Underside of the Pizza crust was insanely undercooked to the point it wasn't edible. No idea what they did with these cheesesticks but they were all jacked up too. Both were just huge grease pits. Don't waste your time with this place.

Feeds my kids pretty well. My husband and I like a fancier pizza, but if you are throwing a party, Papa Johns is a good bet. I've only been disappointed by pizza from here a couple of times. The rest of the time it has been awesome.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian is easy with pizza. There's not a lot to say. I don't do Vegan, so I can't speak to that. If I'm not feeling meat though, papa johns works for the casual vegetarian.

Terrible pizza. The crust, instead of being thin and crispy, was like soggy cardboard. Toppings were scarce. Hardly any sauce. The cherry on top was the price of a single-serve soda...$3. Really? Their competitors charge $3 for a 2-litre bottle. When I spoke to the manager on the phone, he was completely uncaring about my concerns. After informing him he has lost my business forever, he wished me a nice evening in a very smarmy tone. Shame on him! Shame on Papa Johns. I foresee this company shuttering within a short time, with this attitude. Order frim someone else, a locally-owned operation, and you will get better food and more importantly, a nicer experience than mine.

Food was good, but customer service was not. Manager from the 151st Overland Park location (I think his name was Steve), did nothing but make a situation worse. I ordered over $100 worth of pizza from the wrong location on Shawnee mission (yes, my fault), EXCEPT, it took that location over 2.5 hours to say NOTHING. I called about an hour after putting the order in asking if they could provide us with some plates, they said they had none, then I asked for napkins and they said they will look for some. At that moment, they could have easily explained it was out of the delivery area and gone from there. I called wondering where my pizza was after 2.5 hours and they finally told me I was out of their delivery area. Yall should not have 1. accepted the order or 2. call me to let me know it's not coming. The order then got cancelled after everything was made, we said we would come get it and they said if we order again they will give us 50% off. Assuming the staff already ate it, it's cold etc. So now I call the Middle man that takes orders and sends it to locations, I explain what happened and I could barely understand what he was trying to say and that helped nothing so they transferred me to 151, I AGAIN explain the situation to the lady who picked up the phone and the manager about everything above, how I have the order number and you can look it up on my account etc. I then get told as a manager he's not allowed to give discounts, while raising his voice at me on the phone. Even though he sees everything that has happened in the last now 3 hours on my account he proceeds to tell me there's nothing he can do and if I want to make an order it has to be online, remind you, they take call in orders as well, but it had to be online for myself. At this point I gave up, I re ordered online, used a promo code and finally got pizza over 4 hours later. Absolutely ridiculous. I've been going to papa John's for years and this situation and lack of respect/ understanding makes me not want to ever again.

I recently ordered the garden fresh special from Papa John's, and I have to say I was a bit disappointed. While the pizza was okay, there simply wasn't enough cheese on it. I remember Papa John's being better in the past, and I'm not sure what has changed. The pizza lacked the cheesy goodness that I was expecting, and it could have been much better if there was more cheese on it. Overall, my experience was just okay. However, I'm willing to give Papa John's another chance in the future, in the hopes that they can improve their pizza quality. If you're looking for a pizza that's loaded with cheese, you might want to consider trying a different pizza chain. But if you're in the mood for a quick and easy pizza, Papa John's might still be a decent option. Just be prepared for a less-than-satisfying amount of cheese on your pizza.

We like the Papa Johns pizza better than all the other ones. The orders usually get processed fast at this store unless the queue is too long.

Absolutely unacceptable…how is it you can charge people 30 for one large pizza and cheese sticks then give them this trash. Who thinks that something like this is acceptable. The pizza was also cold and there wasn’t even a thin layer of sauce on there. When I called to the manager he could care less. I will never eat here again.
