Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Im from New York City and I'm here on business. I ordered a pizza on Grubhub from this place. I am in a hotel room in the Sheraton. I did not notice that it said baking required for this is not a usual thing that I have to look for when ordering a pizza. After the very nice delivery guy brought me a uncooked raw pizza with uncooked cheese bread he asked do you have an oven? I laughed and said no. He then said that they do not cook the pizza. I told hem I can't take this he then said ok just call GrubHub and they can give you a refund. So he left with the pizza and cheese bread. When I talked to GrubHub they said the stores manager will not give me a refund because it says on the menu baking require. I told the GH representative I did not see that on the menu and since for the 39 years I have been on this planet this has never been a problem or something to look for. The GH representative gave me the refund but this was a simple mistake and i feel the manager at this place just ruined any chances of me ever returning or ordering from this place again.

Great pizza every time we've picked one up. Usually on Tuesdays.

We Normally Order Pizza every other Monday Night, however tonight we decided to try this location however based on our experience we plan on using the one on 135th Street from now on :( We figured this one was closer to home and would not have to go back out. When my wife called to let them know that my pizza was missing toppings the person that answered was not very professional about things and blamed it on being to busy :( I don't normally give bad reviews but don't plan on going back to this one anytime soon ..
