I have never had a negative experience at this store. I order online only for pick up, and every time I go in, the staff is friendly, says hello and asks if I had questions about anything, I usually say, "No, thank you though," then they reply, "Have great evening and thank you for coming in!"

They ruined my pizza by pressing the dough too hard to the paper pan. The crust underbaked while the toppings and cheese baked well. Result? Couldn't get the pizza off the pan. Made the whole thing nothing but a pile of glop.
