Great coffee and good pastry options. If you are ordering a custom drink and it's crowded then prepare to wait on your order.

Not only is this the best espresso in KC, thus is the best espresso I've ever had, full stop. I spent 2 years in the PNW, 5 years in California and 2 years in DC. Parisi blows every espresso I've tried out of the water. We now live in Texas and have it shipped to us every 2 weeks. It is the benchmark I use when trying a new coffee shop. If there's a better espresso out there, I haven't tried it.

Also, the vibes are immaculate.

This place is a vibe! The affogatos are my favorite!! The espresso martinis are great as well. Whether meeting friends or knocking out some work on your laptop, Parisi has what you want. The staff is so friendly and they make an effort to remember your name and previous orders.

A nice cafe. The coffee was good, not particularly rich flavor to it but quite nice. The atmosphere was a little more sterile than I like. Very clean and well maintained. Service was quick and kind. The prices felt a little bit high but not unreasonable.

Friendly staff, good service. The Cold Fashioned and Irish coffee were very good. We had a biscuit and egg sandwich, it was delicious. Overall a very nice experience. It does get a little loud and crowded at times, so if you are looking for peace and quiet this is not for you 🙂

Cool little spot. Service is spot on. Helpful but not intrusive. Pleasant but not fake.

Food was better than the green place, but both pastries were a little dry. It was brunch so it was probably more of a prep thing than them sitting out.

Atmosphere is open with reasonable volume for a business meeting, friend meet up or simply a solo work session. But there is very limited seating for such a popular place, and nothing comfy for longer stays. Which might be the intent, but every coffee spot needs a good comfy corner imo.

So if you want a tasty drink or a quick meetup spot, this is a great option!

Really only come here for coffee. We tend to visit in the off hours so we can get a pour over. We've also been here during caffeine crawls. It is really eye opening when you learn about the level of effort they go to get you a unique/quality cup of joe. Recommend signing up for their emails. If you are a bag buyer they have a really wide variety that come and go. Put in this review today since I stopped in for a bag of the winter blend.
I also like the new pastry display they have added. Something about seeing it fresh instead of a static display is just more appealing.

If you want a stellar cup of coffee, a delicious pastry, and to make your day brighter with some amazing baristas, you should go to Parisi. Yes, this is our favorite coffee place in KC. But more than that, barista Koda makes you feel welcomed and taken care of. He goes above and beyond to make your experience fantastic. He is our favorite barista in KC. Andrew is also so kind and helpful, too.

Went to Parisi this morning for the first time - had a latte and almond croissant. Both were great! It took awhile to get the latte, but they only had one barista making espresso drinks. We will definitely go back but maybe not during peak hours on a weekend. Atmosphere is very clean and elegant, too.
