We were in the mall today and decided to grab lunch. I had Park's Kitchen. I love Korean fried chicken!! I enjoyed what I had, and will eat here again!

Good food, ridiculously long wait to get it. Mall Food Court has to be faster. Not worth the time or money. Then after 15 mins, no food and after asking for a refund, very rude cashier said I was unreasonable for "fresh food". In a food court at a mall, during lunch....no excuse, fresh or not. Pick your battles young, immature lady.

If they treat me well or badly, it doesn't matter, it's because that's how we deal, any place is like that.

I just went to this store for the first time yesterday and i would definitely go again. The customer service was seriously great, especially during a busy time at the mall. The food came out quickly and the prices were reasonable. All the food was delicious too!

Chicken was very tasty as was the ramen. Way better food than you might expect from a mall food court.

Today was a bit of a lazier day for me and I didn't feel like leave home to get something to eat so I resorted to scrolling around a bit on Door Dash. I try to avoid spending money on door dash and ordering deliveries considering how pricey the app makes for ordering food online. I haven't had some Korean fried chicken in a while and considering my long weekend I figured I deserved to treat myself. When I search for Korean fried chicken I always stumble across CM chicken, or Prime Chicken which are both places farther away from home. I stumbled across Park's Kitchen which I have never heard of before and saw how close it was located to my house. After reading through all the reviews of this place I decided to go for it and order the "Park's Chicken" The order arrived swiftly and ready for me to indulge in on the goodness. It's reasonably priced for the quality of the food except I do wish there was an option for sides to be included with the meal considering that the picture of the meal showcases chicken and fries together. I think the flavor was excellent. However, the texture of the chicken was slightly softer since I did place the order for delivery. Next time, I hope to dine in the cafeteria to experience some delicious crunchiness!

This "chain" doesn't represent korean food/korean fried chicken. It's a major misrepresentation. The wait time and quality/flavor of food is a disgrace.

The tteokbokki felt really overpriced but tasted amazing! There were also chicken samples and those tasted great too. Overall, it’s the best food I’ve had at a mall!

I have always wondered about their tteokbokki. But i thought, "its mall food, no way it's any good." Well, i got the Rose tteokbokki and it blew me away. Great smell, flavor, rice cakes cooked perfectly.Mom got a grilled cheese and loved it too.A little pricey, but I'm impressed!

Service was great the menu was explained to me thoroughly! I was expecting a lot more flavor from the wings but the house sauce was super yummy!

I was at the mall doing some shopping when I was looking at the choices at the food court because I start to get hungry. I saw the usual restaurants but notice that the fried chicken place had changed to Korean fried Chicken. I naturally thought I should give it a try and it turned out really well. The lady who is working was extremely helpful on choices and what was popular with a description of how the sauces would taste. I decided to give it a try and she said it would take a bit because she was making it fresh but it really did not take that long. It did come out very hot but it was very good and I wish I could have gotten more. My only complaint would be the price but I noticed that all the food court prices had gone up so I would definitely give this place my business again since it turned out so well. I went back to ask for to go box and the lady working followed up with me about my thoughts about the food and that was really cool to see. It's nice that they wanted feedback and were willing to talk to their customers.

The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is the price. But its food court mall food, it's not known for its low price. But for the price I felt like I got more than enough food. Even with only a chicken wrap I felt more than full.I got the Cajun Chicken wrap (asked for no jalepenos) and it was kicked, But not too spicy. It was delicious and the ingredients tasted fresh and the chicken was nice and crispy. The young lady working the counter was sweet and patient with me because I couldn't hear her with all the Mall noise.Definitely recommend.
