Nat and his team were phenomenal! We used PBJ catering to have passed apps and Burnt End Bbq at our wedding, and our guests could not stop talking about it! Most of them said it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding!The burnt ends were so tender you didn't even need sauce, and they were freshly carved right there on the spot!
