I have been on a weight loss program. But i couldn't resist one of these Jersey sandwiches i heard a lot about. So fortuitously, they had a "snack bite" available, which i ordered. This Reuben was meaty & oh so delicious grilled up perfectly in their homemade multigrain bread that was heavenly. Fries were tasty.. and I'm not a fry gal. Their cheese steak looked fabulous & large! Go & taste for yourself. It's a gourmet delight!

Wife and I stopped in for lunch, one other table eating inside so pretty dead for a Saturday at 1230-1. We ordered 2 small sandwiches, one on multi grain and one on white. We thought the white was better. Sandwiches were good, just had a problem with stuff falling out with each bite. Hand cut fries were good and salted perfectly. The chocolate chunk cookie at the end turned out to be the highlight of the meal! Overall not a bad experience, so we would probably eat here again if in the area.

*Update: The owner is a LIAR! I never once called anyone a “name”. What would be the point in that? The audacity to lie, and not own your employees bad behavior. This is exactly why your employee acted this way. Leadership is no better!Do not come to this location! It’s gone down hill ever since Jim no longer owns it.Rude, argumentative staff including “new owner”.I was not greeted, even after I said, Hello.Tables and seating lacked cleanliness.•Asked the cashier to wipe the table off, and waited 7-10 minutes only for the cashier to wet the table and seat and not dry it off! After asking the cashier if he can dry the table and seat off, the cashier handed me a towel and food at the same time. I kindly declined both for the following reasons 1) The fries were super burnt 2) It is apart of their job duties to clean the table NOT the customer. The cashier proceeded to rolls his eyes. On top of that the “new owner” was not helpful and super argumentative. After notifying him of his employee’s behavior… He did not ONCE apologize for his employees inappropriate behavior instead rushed to offer a refund. What happened to fixing the issue?Good customer service was not exhibited. Please beware that “steak seasoning” will no longer be an option for customers to have on the side. Per the “new owner” it’s not cost efficient a.k.a there’s no way they can charge customers for it in their system —— GREEDY $Super disappointed, and at this point an apology won’t suffice. We work hard for our money and deserve to be treated properly and to receive exceptional customer service.

A lot of money (almost $20) for such a bland experience. Even with ranch dressing added to the turkey and avocado it lacked flavor. The fries looked so good, but without ketchup they weren't all that either. The bathrooms are also in rough shape. One bathroom was out of soap, so I went to the other where the paper towel dispenser was coming off the wall. They reminded me of a beat up gas station.

I thought getting food poisoning once was a fluke. Wasnt sure that this is where i got it. Tried it again about 3 months later, because the bread is to die for. Both me and my husband got sick within 1 to 3 hours and it lasted for a little over 24 hours. Bad deal. Won't go there again. I had a classic Italian. He has a chicken terriaki. So it wasn't just one meat or cheese that had turned.

Matthias is the greatest employee ever, that dude can make the best sandwich I've ever tasted! They have killer, fresh baked bread, fresh ingredients, gooey, deliciously thick chocolate chip cookies.. Chicken Philly with mushrooms and onions, lettuce tomato is the way to go!! They are definitely in the upper echelon of sandwich shops, and it is a franchise!!Vegetarian options: They have lots of vegetables and ingredients that can make a delightful and delicious meatless sandwich or saladKid-friendliness: They have cookies, lemonade, and can make any sandwich (including cheesesteaks) into a kids size, which many other places might not do.
