Employees were lifeless and rude. One shook his head at us while telling him how we wanted our food cooked. Food was good though but the experience was negative enough that I won't go back.

I really enjoy pepperjax, they make great food right in front of you, I got my philly by the time I finished paying, they have 4 different sauces/ au jus, 2 different quesos and hot sauce.

In the past, Pepperjax was a place that I really enjoyed. The food was always great. Recently, I've been more disappointed. Last time I was there, I found one of the staff members to be particularly rude. Instead of making more rice, she scooped a tiny amount onto a burrito I had ordered. I was quite disappointed in this service. In addition, the rice was undercooked (possibly stale) for the other meals I ordered. I know how good Pepperjax food and service can be, but my last few visits have been subpar.

Three things make pepperjax a place that I return to frequently. 1. The food, prepared in front of you so you know it's accurate and fresh. 2. The staff who are always friendly and work hard. 3. The dorthy lynch. Not many restaurants or eateries have dorthy lynch available so having it makes Pepperjax stand out for me.

They have a good Phillycheese Steak. Also their bowls are really good. Fries have seasoned salt. Definitely not the healthiest meal but a great "cheat place," if you are dieting.
