Great experience, good food! I would recommend. They have this extra XTRA hot pepper so watch out- i was warned but ignore the warning. I love their food. Check them out. Wait for food was less than 5 mins and was steaming hot.

I've been exploring the surrounding area for some good pho and this is the best one so far. I come from a very Asian dense part of California and have been to many pho places and Pho Sai Gon would be a great contender even there.

The only thing I can tell that's hugely different compared to CA is that the pho here doesn't include all the trimmings, such as tripe, flank, brisket. I used to always get the special - Pho Dac Biet. Most places serve pho tai and beef ball. Guess it's too exotic out here. The workers here are also Vietnamese, unlike a lot of the other places here. I'm just saying, it tastes more authentic.

I’ve been coming here for over a year and I can’t get enough! The prices are great, love the self service model, and the service is speedy. Forever customer!

We are from east coat, see the good review from Google and went there. At first I like the idea of self-service they have, but I have to pour 1/2 cup of water into my Beef phở because it was so salty, my wife cơm gà was the same fate( cơm gà phải ăn có nước mắm), I hope this comment will change the chefs attention a little bit. Thanks, Phil

I heard good things about Pho Saigon, and was excited to go here for dinner when visiting Overland Park, KS. It’s a self serve model, so you place and pick up your order at the counter, then clean up your own table afterward. They have such a good variety of Viet dishes that not many Viet restaurants offer. However, we were all disappointed because our orders were lacking of the umami and authentic taste of Vietnamese dishes. What a bummer!

Absolutely delicious! Pho Sai Gon is hands-down one of the best spots for Vietnamese food in Overland Park. The pho broth is so flavorful and comforting, with generous portions of meat and fresh herbs. The spring rolls are fantastic, and the menu has plenty of options for everyone. Service is always friendly and fast, and the restaurant is clean and welcoming. Perfect place for a warm, satisfying meal. Highly recommend!

Stopped by here yesterday to check out their pho, their coffee and their desserts.

I had the chicken pho. It was loaded with chicken and the noodles were great. They have a bar where you can fix your own add ons from hot and sweet sauce to limes, bean sprouts, mint, lettuce and cilantro. Overall their pho was amazing 9 out of 10.

I tried their spring rolls as well, unfortunately they had cilantro in them and no amount of delicious penut sauce was able to cover up the soap taste for me. I couldn't quite enjoy these 2 out of 10.

I tried their Vietnamese coffee, wow 10 out of 10.

Def would visit again

This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the metro. Very reasonably price and very large portions. They recently revamped their space and their menu and the food has just gotten better. It’s hard to locate so signage on Metcalf would be helpful.

The pho was good, but the bahn mi was one of the best I've had for the past several years. I'd say it's by far the best bahn mi I've had in this area. Also, unlike most places they don't give you a plate of cilantro, basil, etc. They have a little self-service bar. It made the experience of getting pho even better. The guy at the register was extremely friendly as well. The place and restrooms were clean. It was very chill and quiet.

Me and my guardian went to pick up and leave. As we’re in the car we added everything and don’t get me wrong, the taste of the soup 10/10 but as we’re mixing everything in my guardian seen an ant in the soup. That ruined my appetite 0/10 experience
