Great experience, good food! I would recommend. They have this extra XTRA hot pepper so watch out- i was warned but ignore the warning. I love their food. Check them out. Wait for food was less than 5 mins and was steaming hot.
I've been exploring the surrounding area for some good pho and this is the best one so far. I come from a very Asian dense part of California and have been to many pho places and Pho Sai Gon would be a great contender even there.

I heard good things about Pho Saigon, and was excited to go here for dinner when visiting Overland Park, KS. It’s a self serve model, so you place and pick up your order at the counter, then clean up your own table afterward. They have such a good variety of Viet dishes that not many Viet restaurants offer. However, we were all disappointed because our orders were lacking of the umami and authentic taste of Vietnamese dishes. What a bummer!
