New gal was helping us and really trying hard but her supervisor couldn't have cared less and left her to flounder. Only two customers and it looked like the place hadn't been cleaned from the night before. 1 in 5 bad experience here seeing poor supervision and cleanliness.

Slowest Pie 5 experience I've ever had. There were 2 people ahead of me and I waited 30 minutes in line. Part of it's my own fault since I could have easily ordered Domino's and got it for cheaper and faster.

Management of this location is pretty good. If you have a large order though, maybe one employee could work that while another employee helps the next customer.

Ordered delivery tonight - 2 pies and a salad. Arrived piping hot and as ordered exactly 19 minutes (!!) after pressing “order”. Very impressive!

Extremely disappointed. Cheeses mixed with other cheeses, Alfredo sauce mixed with marinara. Counters were extremely dirty. The kid that made our pizza was too busy watching a customers phone? Not even kidding.. he was seriously watching a customers phone. We had to repeat ourselves when we told him what we wanted.. he wasn't even looking at what he was doing.. because again.. he was too busy watching a customers phone. Then, when we went to check out - our phone number for the rewards program wasn't working. When we asked if they go bad, all she said was "sometimes our system doesn't work". Didn't offer to help us get our points or tell us how we could. Pizza is fine but we won't be going back.
They do a great job, and are glutenfree knowledgeable.

Always odd when you walk in behind a lady who doesn't understand online marketing and why specials might only be available through their online portal or app, and her teenage daughter is the one who realizes there are other people on the planet. Once I get through that (which has no bearing on this review) the young lady making the pizzas never said hello, only "what are you having?" The pizza was good enough for the Monday special (4 stars) but with a 2 star experience (not friendly staff and it took way more than the 5 minutes stated on the box) a 3 star rating is all you get. Might come back on a Monday but not on full price day.

Pie Five was good experience. Your pizza is made right in front of you like a Subway sandwich. You get everything in about 10 minutes. I recommend the deep dish and a slice of cookie, it's the way to go.

After much debate, I have decided that this pizza place is better than Blaze pizza. The customer service was lovely, ( really outgoing, friendly people) and the pizza itself is amazing! I ordered a build your own pizza for $8 and the toppings tasted very fresh. The 11 inch pizza will feed two people for a filling lunch without being too full. Although most pizza makes me feel tired and bloated after eating it, the thin crust did not give me any such feeling. Will return for more excellent pizza!

Great crew. We dropped in after a soccer tournament with a bunch of hungry 10 year olds, parents and siblings. It was game on for 45 minutes and they just kept cranking out pizzas and smiling, never skipped a beat.
