Ordered a raspberry refresher, not the best but it was okay. Amazing ambience and service.

This is one of my favorite places to study at. I like the new drinks they introduce every season, it keeps things refreshing and new. Also, their iced chai is one of the best I’ve had in the area!!

Pilgrim does really good coffee and I've never had a problem with their coffee.
BUT
The last 2x I have gone there are no seats in or outside.

The last time I was the 10th person in line and stood there for 20 minutes and was then the 9th person in line.

We watched mobile order people stream in and out.

I noticed many people at tables with the numbers (for order delivery) nearly all had their numbers when I walked in and still had them when I gave up and left.

The only way for Pilgrim to resolve these issues would be expansion. Or at the bare minimum, take the little corner shop north of their storefront and use that for mobile orders.

Either way. Good coffee if you can get it.
But I'm done trying.

Kid-friendliness: Nope. Don't try.

Cute coffee shop. Had a seasonal coffee drink that was delicious. Looks like a great place to hang—wish I had more time to chill there.

Pilgrim Coffe is definitely one of my favorite places to drink a good coffee and spend some relaxing time enjoying the aroma of coffee. The atmosphere is quiet and allows you to enjoy your coffee, the service is excellent . What I would really like, is for them to renew something of the menu of the pantries they offer, since in my opinion they still have the same options from a long time ago... but this is my opinion.

Wonderful seasonal menu options. This visit I got the pumpkin cream-cheese muffin and pumpkin pie latte. Great natural light and plenty of spots to work and read.

Possibly the worst place I've been to in KC. Dine in - but you get a paper cup and plastic utensils?

The plastic knife and fork are non-compostable. The paper cup for my "cappuccino" is tiny - like sample size.

But the prices are not small and puny like the cup. My quiche was watery and nowhere near luke warm. It was sitting in a puddle of water, with an undercooked crust. Again, really small and unadorned.

It looked like a flat piece of frozen pie that had thawed. My friend had a different quiche, but said hers wasn't pleasant either.

They've snagged a nice location, but they don't deserve it.

The atmosphere was one of lack and poverty. The service was one person standing behind a casb register. No smile, nothing welcoming, nothing enticing on display.

It's the thrift store of coffee shops, only thrift stores have better marketing and goods.
