The Manager went above and beyond to feed myself and The Olathe North Girls Wrestling team. We were in a tournament with a scheduled dinner break so we did an order ahead. Said dinner break got moved way UP!! THE Manager and her team went above and beyond to get our team fed. The level of customer service was way beyond expectations. Highly reccomend this location and their staff.
I placed an order around 3:00 for a 5:30 pick up on my way home from work. I get there a little before 5:30 and they say they can't find it. They ask me to come inside to figure it out. I go in and show them the bank statement showing I paid with the store number. The app says that there is no longer the option to see past orders, so this is all I have. The manager comes out and is immediately dismissive. She claims that the store number isn't theirs and sends me to another store. I always order to this location since it's right by my house. But I thought that I must've made a mistake and head to the other location. The other location doesn't have it and sends me back. I show up and hear them discussing my order in the back. The manager says she'll get it for me for free (like she was doing me a favor. I already paid, it wasn't free). SOMEHOW they know my exact order, down to the two custom pizzas I made, without me telling them.
So, either they lied to me to get me out of the store so they could start the order, or they had lost it and somehow miraculously found it immediately after I left. I wouldn't have minded getting the pizzas a bit late, it's the lying to me and sending me on a pointless trip to another store that makes me angry.

I placed an order online like I always do. I Ordered 1 medium 1 topping pizza with Italian sausage, 1 personal pan pizza with Italian sausage and pepperoni. Both Pizzas Came with " Chicken Sausage" which I did not ask for. Called the store. The guy who answered was Very Rude And Mean As Hell... He told me that the restaurant is out of Italian sausage, I said we'll the website still has it on online as Available. He stated that since the store was out of Italian sausage He just made the pizza with chicken as if I would not know the difference. I asked why I wasn't called or informed,Then he cussed me out told me to kiss his ass and that he had 3 customers in store then hung up on my. So I don't even know if I will get my money back. Called Customer Service they shouldn't have even answered the phone call them 4 times and they couldn't not help me because I placed the order online now what is the purpose of customer service. I need to know how and when I'm getting my $50 back for this order

They over cooked my pizza by a long shot. The cheese sticks or whatever they are, straight laxative don't eat it. Not only that, they, have containers filled to the brim with boneless wings swimming in it. Like seriously people if u have to dig a fork in the sauce to find wings that's a problem like any moron with half a brain knows that's not how the wings are done bathing in thick nose burning sauces. An when did they start doing this standard. The staff is full of kids I guess that's how they eat wings or was it an mistake from all the hehe hahaas when u walk in from all the kids playing around in the kitchen. I wouldn't order from here again sadly unless I was feeding some ungrateful people I care nothing about. They really need to get their shit together here n teach properly how to prepare food instead of making jokes. Cause that food was the only joke here.

I ordered two large super Supremes.. and I eat a lot of pizza from Pizza Hut.last night's Pizza it was the bomb. I got to hand it to the Cook. Best pizza I have ever ate. It was done perfectly.. and I used to work at Pizza Hut as a manager. But last night's pizza was the best

I'm always missing something from my order and tonight 12/31/24 they hung up on me twice then put me on hold over 10 minutes before I just hung up. I don't understand why nobody can at least take the phone call so I can at least get refunded for missing items. Also my cheese sticks arrived cold and I had to cut them myself and put it in the oven. HORRIBLE!!!
