It's Pizza Hut... you know what you're getting unless you don't get what you paid for... is what has happened a couple times. I'm writing a review today because I didn't the first time. I ordered a supreme pizza. They left out the green bell peppers... didn't give me a "Hey heads up.. we're out of peppers"... nope. Just let me pay for it and sent me on my way. Not to mention that you have to wait in the lobby and open and close the door several times for the door to ding so they can come out to the front to greet their customers when they're just chit chatting in the back.... We can hear you... it's not a huge space. This pizza wasn't for me... so you could imagine the disappointment of my husband who wanted it specifically for the peppers. Upon closer inspection it is also missing onions. This is just a cheese pepperoni and mushroom pizza... come on guys. You only had 2 orders in que.

This location should get O stars. The worst experience ever! I received my pizza squashed to the side as you see in the photo. It's like it was dropped and they didn't think to check the pizza. I called to try to get a refund or accommodated in some way and they only said they could send me a new if I gave this one back (Who else isn't starving by the time you get your food??). And the woman I spoke to was passive aggressive - the supervisor. Eventually we just gave up and said ok and started to eat it. I get another phone call a few min later from what sounded like a different person there and they said they were going to just make a new one and send it out and I didn't have to give them the old one back. I was shocked after them explaining the policy but pleased that they were willing to do that. 2 HOURS later I still hadn't received the new pizza so I call and they then tell me "yea the manager just said no so you're not getting a new pizza anymore". ARE YOU JOKING?? Why did no one call and just tell me never mind or WHY was I called back in the first place being informed I was going to get new one? It wouldn't have continued to be this complicated if whoever that was didn't call me back saying I was going to get a new one..SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

Pizza quality and customer service is great. If short staffed they use a 3rd party delivery service ( which was not great in my experience and required multiple calls on my end). Carry out has never been an issue.

can’t review the food because they won’t let me purchase any! their app sucks, super laggy and kept crashing. finally added pizza to my cart and when i tried to pay, it kept taking my money but i would get a pop up that says “we’re sorry we cannot accept your payment right now” and would cancel automatically. so i guess they don’t want us to eat there lol

I came in on 11/10/24 around 9pm and the person working was absolutely fantastic and I wish I got his name to thank him because it is my birthday and I got a free order of cinnamon sticks from the app and he threw in an extra icing for me and that meant a lot especially since this birthday hasn't been the best so I just appreciate that he took the time to do a little extra because it truly means a lot and I will definitely be coming back again and telling friends to do the same

Ordered a supreme pizza for delivery and asked for it to be baked well done as I normally do. I dont expect for it to actually be cooked longer every time, but this time the pizza was soggy, raw dough, and hardly cut. Called store and manager steve was extremely helpful and offered to remake the order and refunded my order after I declined. Mistakes happen so it was nice knowing it was not hard to make it right.

The staff here is always so pleasant and my pizza is always fresh! Sometimes I actually drive a little further to make sure this is the location I pick up from.

Vegetarian options: Grateful that they accommodated me making half of my pizza vegetarian.

The pizza was, well, pizza hut standards, so decent. The issue I had was when I walked in to pick up my order, there was no one at the counter. Three people were sitting in the little office way talking, one employee walked past the entrance where i was standing but didn't even bother to turn at look at the counter to see if anyone was standing there. On the second try I had to raise my voice just to get them there attention, the guy comes over, says, oh, sorry, we don't always here the door open. I did get my pizza, but no one should have to yell at them to get there attention. Just hang bell's on the door, or above it, or get a bluetooth buzzer. Something, if there is an alarm system, turn on the door chime. Simple fix to keep happy customers.

I placed an order online for delivery. The order was placed and never even processed. The call center was not helpful at all. I kept getting transferred to a different store. A store that wasn't even close to me. I called the number to the store where the order came from and they just hung up on me. Poor customer service. I will never even eat pizza hut ever again!!!!!

We ordered two pizzas. Estimated delivery 30-40 minutes. 5:30-5:40) 90 minutes later I called Pizza Hut. It took three phone calls to get help. (First two provided horrible customer service. The third was wonderful.) She tracked our order. Ends up the 95th St. (OP,Ks) cancelled our order. They apparently have received many complaints regarding this facility. We are waiting for the reorder. We might eat by 7:30. Next time: Minskys.
