It's Pizza Hut... you know what you're getting unless you don't get what you paid for... is what has happened a couple times. I'm writing a review today because I didn't the first time. I ordered a supreme pizza. They left out the green bell peppers... didn't give me a "Hey heads up.. we're out of peppers"... nope. Just let me pay for it and sent me on my way. Pizza quality and customer service is great. If short staffed they use a 3rd party delivery service ( which was not great in my experience and required multiple calls on my end). Carry out has never been an issue.

I came in on 11/10/24 around 9pm and the person working was absolutely fantastic and I wish I got his name to thank him because it is my birthday and I got a free order of cinnamon sticks from the app and he threw in an extra icing for me and that meant a lot especially since this birthday hasn't been the best so I just appreciate that he took the time to do a little extra because it truly means a lot and I will definitely be coming back again and telling friends to do the...
