Truly excellent Pizza. The pie was delivered to us this evening roughly 10 minutes earlier than the original time estimate. Very flavorful, hot & nice and crunchy. We'll be ordering from Pizza Hut again sometime soon.

Never had a problem before until today trying to place an order for delivery online I was charged 87$ but the order didn’t go through I called the store they told me to keep submitting it then hung up I was wary to do so but I followed what they said card was charged 6 more times yet no order submitted when I called again someone different picked up and said it’s not their problem and I should get in touch with my financial institution I’ve never left a review in my life but after what I dealt with tonight I couldn’t help it already reached out to the “customer service” hopefully I get my 500$ back for unsuccessful transactions but the attitude and unwillingness to help or figure it out from the staff is one of the main reasons I leave this review

Normally we never have issues with this Pizza Hut but tonight was different. My boyfriend wanted to try one of the Cheeseburger melts. When it was delivered, it was COMPLETELY burnt. Like inedible burnt. I called to inform the store and the person who picked up the phone was very confrontational and just wanted to argue with me about it stating they are supposed to look that way and that there is no way it looks that way because they had just cut them all. When listening to my options for fixing it, they got very short with me and had a massive attitude. Did not appreciate it! On the plus side, the delivery driver was super friendly!

Didn’t get your name, but I appreciated the speed & quality of the order (esp. considering that it looked like your location was fairly busy with other orders & it was close to closing time for the location). Much appreciated my guy!

Young land and older gentleman took my older both were super kind from there things went left. Some guy with shoulder length black hair brought my food out I ordered a pan crust whole pepperoni and half Italian sausage with the new hot honey wings. The pizza I was given was hand tossed and the wings I was given was honey BBQ, when I asked about both he preceded to tell me that is what I ordered until I showed him my receipt then he said I can give you store credit or remake the wings, I asked for the wings to be remade I was then given sweet chili. I’m more than certain it’s not that difficult nor were they extremely busy. I really wish the older gentleman and young lady could have stayed and continued to take care of me.
Thurs night ordered 2 med. Pizza's. Bread sticks, chicken wings.All the food was COLD!!!! TOOK OVER TWO HOURS !!!!! The restaurant is less then a mile away!!!!!! WTH! Never Again.Truly Bad/Cold food, and over two hours wait time. Don't waste your time!!!
