We ordered online for takeout and everything was ready surprisingly fast. The food was warm, fresh, and exactly that classic Pizza Hut flavor we love. The ordering process was easy and convenient too.

It would have really been nice to have been called or messaged that you don’t carry diet Dr Pepper so the item could have been substituted for something else. even though it is an option online. Had someone called we would have had something to drink with our family dinner. Bummer. If I hadn’t called I don’t even think the $4.44 would have been refunded.

If you want nothing more than to feel invisible then this is the place for you! Your pizza is ready? Don't expect anyone to even acknowledge your existence until it's been sitting in the ready warmer for a minimum of 30 minutes. At that point you are finally acknowledged, the entire tiny space is so packed full of people waiting on orders that have been ready for the last hour that you now must wait another 30 minutes to get your pizza you can see waiting for you.
Highly recommend for folks that appreciate feeling like a nobody. I'll pass.

Truly excellent Pizza. The pie was delivered to us this evening roughly 10 minutes earlier than the original time estimate. Very flavorful, hot & nice and crunchy. We'll be ordering from Pizza Hut again sometime soon.

Never had a problem before until today trying to place an order for delivery online I was charged 87$ but the order didn’t go through I called the store they told me to keep submitting it then hung up I was wary to do so but I followed what they said card was charged 6 more times yet no order submitted when I called again someone different picked up and said it’s not their problem and I should get in touch with my financial institution I’ve never left a review in my life but after what I dealt with tonight I couldn’t help it already reached out to the “customer service” hopefully I get my 500$ back for unsuccessful transactions but the attitude and unwillingness to help or figure it out from the staff is one of the main reasons I leave this review
