I'm trying to figure out why they push getting a tip so much for doing their job making a pizza. Its carry out, not dine in or delivery. Correct me if im wrong, but they are not on server wages to be asking for a tip twice before handing over food. Its really annoying! A tip jar on counter would be ok, but handing over key pad with tip amount question after food has been prepaid is just unacceptable and very annoying. Last person showed attitude before handing food over after seeing a 0 tip. Do better pizza hut! 👎🏼

Brant was closing tonight man he's a great worker always helpful when I deliver for them here definitely deserves to be a manager or closing supervisor
Worst pizza on the planet. Delivery tasted like they made it yesterday then dropped it on the floor.

I order at 6pm and it got delayed 3 times and then it said it was canceled and did not get my points that I used for the food back and I do not know if I got my money back

It was very bad service dude was rude Ryan skinny dude in there had a very short attitude with me right when I walked in I was asking questions about the tavern pizza and asked how much a stuff crust would be his service was as if he though I couldn't afford nothing I then asked about the mozzarella stick so that's what I got so I could hurry and get out of there I have never been automatically disrespected by first entering the building just due to asking questions I really wanted my stuff crust but his attitude was disgusting and I didn't have time to find somewhere else to eat cause that was my lunch break but that experience was the worst I have ever had so far from pizza hut .

The GM of this location is a joke and lacks basics of customer service. Although this concept is struggling, he isn’t putting any efforts to bring in or maintain current customers. They served a a hard solid pizza and they argued that pizza was okay despite calling about it, nothing was rectified. There are lots of places that will serve and appreciate my business.
