Could see the employees too busy playing in the back to honor curbside pickup. Watched my name on the screen be ready for nearly 10 minutes before finally going in. Selected the option to avoid getting child in and out of car in cold weather. Selected tip option on line for the service. Disappointing.

Why are employees taking smoke breaks in front of the restaurant . It’s unbearable entering. Every single time they are smoking and then go right into the restaurant and start making food .

I really enjoyed the pizza and food, but what made my experience really great was the customer service. In direct Peyton, was friendly and kind and very helpful when helping me sort out my order. I wish there was more individuals such as her. Overall, good choice to get pizza if you are looking for good food and amazing service.

The smell in the store is a mixture of sewer gas and nail salon. The wings are microwaved with steam coming off them and dripping in red oil that was way too spicy ie not really buffalo sauce. The wings were also soggy. The pizzas are always undercooked and usually low on toppings. There is almost always a wait when you walk in with only one staff member running the place. I will find another spot to go get pizza or just make my own.

Unfortunately Pizza Hut is now sending orders out via DoorDash and our last 3 orders have been incomplete due to the DoorDash app not showing their drivers the complete order. Pizza Hut doesn't do anything to remedy this nor do they make things right. On top of that, our Meat Lovers pizza was simply peperoni with a few pieces of beef - far from meat lovers.
On a good note, the pizza was good, just a very Frustrating Experience.

Poor customer service, lacking pizza. Virtually no cheese was put on my pizza. I called directly to rectify, no answer. Submitted several inquiries online and all went unanswered. Things happen and sometimes we mess up but this location never seemed to care! Will not be returning and my credit card reversed the charge!

I ordered online for take out. There was a female employee sitting right outside the door smoking a cigarette. I had to walk past it with my two little girls. She was smoking so close to the door that the inside smelled like an ash tray. I mentioned to the other girl getting my pizza that they should smoke somewhere else and she didn’t say a word. It was really weird and rude. Just seems like the employees don’t want to be there at all and are very rude. We won’t be going back
