Plaza Catering

We had an amazing experience using plaza catering for our wedding caterer! They worked excellently alongside our venue and day of coordinator. The quality of food and service was equally impressive! Highly recommend

I would recommend Plaza Catering a million times over. The food was even better on the wedding day than during the tasting!! Everything was delicious and the staff were AMAZING, they went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect. It was a great experience from start to finish with them!

Okay so plaza catered my wedding on 8/10/25 and although the food was delicious and it was what we had asked for we had a HUGE issue. We had guests with celiac (gluten free) allergy and they did not prepare or bring any GF options for them. I specifically had a separate tasting of only GF items, I wrote it in email, I had multiple conversations over the phone with plaza about making sure we had them taken care of. I even had a phone call DAYS before my wedding to make sure everything was in order and was given instructions on what to have my GF guests do to get their meal day of and had even arranged for them to have a different appetizer that they were supposed to ask for back in the kitchen. My poor GF guests were only able to eat a salad at my wedding. This was a huge deal to not be able to feed all of my guests for a 6 hour event. I would not recommend them to anyone for making this mistake. I gave 2 stars because they did at least refund that portion of the catering but that will not undo their mistake. Very disappointed.

From the very beginning of wedding planning, the team at Plaza Catering was prompt, communicative, professional, and kind. I worked primarily with Katie S. who patiently answered so many questions, provided guidance, and ensured our day was seamless. On our big day, the food was delicious! Guests were raving and many went back for seconds. The catering team was kind, attentive and hard working.

Our wedding food was absolutely delicious, and the catering team was amazing to work with from start to finish. Setting up our tasting was easy and super helpful in choosing the perfect menu. There was plenty of food on the day of the wedding, and our guests had nothing but good things to say.

The team was very responsive throughout the planning process and made sure all dietary needs were met. They took care of every detail—setting beautiful place settings, plating and serving our cake, and keeping everything clean so the venue looked great all night. The staff was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. We’d absolutely use them again!

Great food, great communication, and overall awesome job at our wedding! They were also so intentional about making sure me and my husband got to eat during the reception! We found them last minute when another caterer fell through, and so glad we did because Plaza Catering was everything we were looking for; professional, organized, and delicious food!

The food was incredibly disappointing, with bland flavors the vegetables were limp and tasteless

We had them Cater my work’s Christmas party and the food was amazing! Soo much food. We had specific food allergies that were met to a T! I highly recommend Plaza catering!

So thankful we were able to do a free tasting in order to know for sure that we wanted this food for our wedding. The tasting helped us know we made the perfect choice to choose Plaza Catering for our wedding! The Italian food was delicious and the caterers were great on the day-of. Super kind and extra helpful. Cut our wedding cake for guests at no extra cost. Now I’m just excited that my friends chose them for their wedding too so I can eat it again soon!! haha

Our guests were treated to the BEST food possible at our daughter's wedding in December at White Iron Ridge. EVERYthing about Plaza Catering was exceptional. The food was above and beyond expectations, and the service was even better, if that's possible. It was an absolute delight to work with manager Rolf, who must be the nicest, most genuine human on the planet. I can't recommend this caterer enough. Oh, and now that we are personally addicted to Plaza Catering's chicken spiedini, we will be back for plenty more!

We used them for our wedding a few years ago and they were incredible. Everyone raved about the food which is normally unheard of for wedding for buffet style. The quality and value you get from Plaza Catering is off the charts!

Rolfe was phenomenol to work with for our daughter’s wedding.! From the tasting to the day of the event he always answered our questions in a polite and professional manner and was very responsive to our little “quirks” we wanted. Highly recommend this caterer!

We used Plaza Catering for our daughters wedding and can’t even begin to describe how perfect everything was! The passed appetizers were amazing and the food to follow was Delicious! All of our guests raved at how wonderful the food was!! Rolfe was a delight to work with and made the planning process worry and stress free!
