Our guests were treated to the BEST food possible at our daughter's wedding in December at White Iron Ridge. EVERYthing about Plaza Catering was exceptional. The food was above and beyond expectations, and the service was even better, if that's possible. It was an absolute delight to work with manager Rolf, who must be the nicest, most genuine human on the planet. I can't recommend this caterer enough. Oh, and now that we are personally addicted to Plaza Catering's chicken spiedini, we will be back for plenty more!

I worked with catering manager, Jennifer Wilson, and she and the entire staff were phenomenal from our first inquiry through the end of the event. They provided full service—food, beverages, tables, chairs, coat racks, service staff, set up and tear down. Feedback from our guests was unanimous that every food item was delicious and the signature mocktail was a hit. There were some challenges with the electricity at our venue during the event and with a menu miscommunication on MY part, but Jennifer was flexible and gracious and addressed both challenges. I will absolutely use them for future events. You might find delicious food with other caterers, but I dare you to find this kind of amazing service.

We brought a list of questions to our initial consultation and every single one was answered in detail including our concerns on using single use plastic items, something important for us to not use. They accommodated our wishes with several different options with no hesitation. Rolfe was attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable of all the food and gave us the peace of mind to know they were the catering vendor for us. We worked with Jennifer after and felt very well taken care of.

We went with Cinzetti's through Plaza Catering and I cannot say enough good things about the level of service, professionalism and taste of their food! Our initial consultation was wonderful. Rolfe went above and beyond providing more samples than we had asked for and he was there in person and sat down with us to discuss options and what would work best for us. We were instantly impressed with their hospitality and willingness to get to know us and what we envisioned for our big day. Rofle was also very helpful with my (very many) questions and changes and even accomodated meals for a couple of our vegan guests. Little details from cutlery to linens were also offered and he went above and beyond to accomodate us. We receieved so many compliments from guests about how tasty and hot the food was. Definitely recommend!
