The food was fine, not great but good. It was annoying that an employee kept using the backdoor right by where we were sitting when it was a freezing cold day out.

Good food bad delivery. If you want food you are better off going into the restraunt. Delivery takes 2.5 hours and expect to be missing items. (Like dressing for your salad)

This is another spot my husband discovered from his coworkers, and I'm so glad he did! He usually brings it home for us, but while running errands last weekend we popped inside. The employees working that Saturday were all incredibly upbeat and sweet. I've only ever tried their Wreck sandwich, which is a head above any other comparable sandwich from similar fast-sandwich shops. The bread goes through a conveyor belt so it's evenly toasted. Their mac and cheese is good, but not a stand out on its own. They do; however, have plenty of toppings to add that really kick it up a notch! They're also the first place I've seen to sell Zapp's New Orleans Style Kettle chips.

Great food. Just wish more iceberg lettuce in their salads. Clean and do well with following covid precautions.

Ok so here it goes. Went to order delivery through the potbelly app. The app said that there's was a 2 hour wait for delivery. This can't be right? Called 95th store spoke to Chris. He said they don't have a delivery driver tonight but go ahead and place order through door dash. Ordered through door dash says wait time is 19-26 minutes. No biggie. Got a call from Chris at Potbelly's we are out of ham would you like to order something else. Sure, changed our order. 5 minutes later get an email from Door Dash your order has been canceled per your request. What? That's weird. Called Chris at Potbelly again What's going on, we said it was ok to change the order. Chris says Door Dash canceled the order because they DO NOT HAVE WATER!!! And door dash closed it down for sanitary reasons. Seriously disgusting!!!! Talked to this guy twice never mentioned no running water; store is temporary Potbelly was keeping their restaurant open for orders even though they have no running water. NEVER going to this location again. Door Dash deserves the stupid fee they charge because that is taking care of your customers.Dana the fact that you just grazed over that fact that your restaurant was up and running without water; so NO ONE CAN WASH HANDS or CLEAN ANYTHING PROPERLY. You should be horrified that your restaurant was still open and taking orders.

The employees here are so adorable and extremely helpful. Love the Mediterranean sandwich with their famous hot peppers!

Andy Hartman

Super good, load whatever you get up with as many "hot peppers" as they will give you. You won't regret it.

I had previously given this sandwich shop a bad review. After that review, the shop reached out to me asking if they could correct/fix what had happened. I was skeptical as most companies that want to do this only do it to get you to write a better review. After giving this shop a 2nd chance with my company's business we were pleasantly surprised. The manager did as she said she would and this most recent experience was very pleasant and we will be going back as long as they continue to give the service they gave us yesterday and the food continues to be as great as it was! Thank you for taking the time to correct the issues we previously had.

Love PB's compared to other fast sandwich places, but this location seems to be short staffed at lunchtime on Saturday? Slow service but the same great sandwiches. For me the Wreck, the other was a Pick your Pair with the Chicken Enchilada soup and Turkey Breast. Always do works on the toppings.

First off do not be deceived how this sandwich looks. While looking like a second rate Jimmy John's it is anything but. First off know that it will be a toasted sub so if you don't like that Let them know because they are clueless to ask and just assume everyone wants a hot sub. You know where assuming gets you. The sandwich wow... where do I begin ? The bread is so dry it's like chewing cardboard and styrofoam this must be where the assuming comes in because I'm pretty sure this bread is crafted to be toasted and I'm pretty sure that they want it toasted to mask the fact that their bread is hot garbage. It lacked flavor all the way through not just the bread but the sandwich itself. I got the multigrain wheat and it was drier than an Olympic pool full of sand. Just very tough to chew. They have a great assortment of chips by a company named zapp's but that's not enough to save this. They also have shakes but wear a coat if you're going to have one here because it's already freezing inside highly uncomfortable temperature right now as I'm typing this. salads look like they might be salvageable so maybe those are better but my suggestion is this place needs to get out of the sandwich game and stick to PB&Js where their sandwich game actually belongs. So if you come here have some pot in your belly just so maybe you can actually enjoy this place.

Great customer service. First time being there, got the recommended seasonal sub and sandwich maker was very friendly the entire time.
