Potbelly Sandwich Shop

Ordered for delivery and received 2 sandwiches with barely any meat. It’s just bread.

I ordered a soft drink with this order. It was not delivered with my order. When I discovered it, I contacted the shop and they could only offer a refund. Shop needs a plan to have someone deliver items not included in the delivery. She said they cannot contact the delivery service nor did she have anyone that could deliver the drink.

We had never been to a Potbelly until last night. The two guys running the place were fast, friendly, & patient. We ordered a Mac n Pork 🥪, a Chicken Club🥪, a Steakhouse🥪 and a Mediterranean🥪, and a toasted marshmallow shake.🍦Two of us topped out sandwiches with 🔥🌶️ and the peppers were hot but delicious. We also ordered a chicken pot pie soup 🍲. We ate out on the patio because it was warmer outside & they were having plumbing problems and the smell inside was so atrocious it was making some of us 🤢. But, we will still go back to try them again.

Odd location in the hospital area but I'm sure they get tons of daytime business. Worked out for us as we had the place to ourselves. The food was great and a decent price. Service was friendly but they could have used another counter helper.

I’ve been to the locations in Olathe and Corbin Park and had great experiences. This was my first time at the one on college. I had a pick up order so I did not interact with any staff but my order was just wrong. I had asked for Feta on my veggie melt and it was left off and I’ve never experienced so much oregano on sandwich. It was like they threw the hold bottle on it. I also did not get my cookie I paid extra for. Once I got home it was written in tiny letters that it was “out”. It would have been nice to had a big note on it to pick another. I definitely won’t visit this location again if I decide to go back to potbelly.

First time ordering from there. Paid for extra chicken, nope. Asked for ranch, nope. Salad was totally wrong. Horrible service. Will never order from there again.

This was my second stop at a Potbelly for the day, as the first location I visited had poor customer service as well as said they were out milk for shakes despite numerous advertisements. The whole vibe of the Overland Park location felt different as I was greeted warmly and the whole place was so clean and inviting. The Apple Pie and Oreo Cookie shakes were delicious and I would drive to this location again even though it is further for me because of the welcoming atmosphere.

It was okay. Not mind blowing good but not bad either. I bit costly for a sandwich but not outrageous either. I honestly won't go to another one in the future but it was fine for a fast sandwich to eat after a day of sight seeing.

Very good sammie! Water cups are tiny though. Oreo shake was really good. Hey Pot Belly, there's lots of people on the MO side too, how about one in Lees Summit or Independence? ;). Will be back to this one but not as much due to the 30 minute drive.

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday, there were a few other people eating in. I had the Wreck sandwich, which was very good. Especially impressed with the sandwich preparation as they took their time and each bite of the sandwich had the same taste as the last. My wife had ham/swiss with a cup of broccoli cheddar soup, which she also said was great.

2nd time visiting. Honestly, this is my preferred sub place now. Any sandwich you order will be fantastic. They even have shakes! Really want to try that new cinnamon churro shake sometime soon! ?
