Our patience has been thoroughly tested, and unfortunately, Sushi Prime has consistently fallen short of acceptable standards. The service is abysmal, with an inexplicable delay in order taking, a problem that became intolerable during our most recent visit despite the restaurant being nearly empty. To make matters worse, our order was botched: not only were our beverages forgotten, but we were also deprived of our edamame appetizer. Furthermore, the sushi rolls themselves were a disaster, falling apart as if no effort had been put into their preparation. It's become glaringly obvious that the lack of ownership presence has led to a laissez-faire attitude among the staff, severely compromising the dining experience. We have extended numerous chances to Sushi Prime, hoping for improvement, but it seems our loyalty has been misplaced. It's disheartening to see a restaurant disregard its patrons to such an extent, effectively ensuring the loss of dedicated customers.

My sushi was awful! Fell apart and was just mush. My wife loved her sushi but they didn’t take all the shells out like they said and she choked on a shell! The service was horrendous, no one came and checked on us at all and when they did they refilled my wife’s drink and just left my completely empty glass and I had to tell her to come back and refill my drink that was sitting right next to my wife’s! Even the people next to us had an awful time. They ignored everyone! We kept trying to get anyone’s attention just so we could get the check and leave and no one came until 25 minutes later! We talked to the people next to us and they tried to give them their check to leave before they even got their food! Awful experience will not be back here EVER!

The sushi was good. Had the nigiri, sashimi and a tuna avocado roll. The portions were generous and the fish was good. Certainly not the best I have had but better than the average sushi restaurant. This place doubles as a korean chicken place but didn't have a chance to try it out. Service was very attentive and deserving all 5 stars.

Wow, came here tonight for our 3 year anniversary (had our first date here!!). EVERY single time we have a warm welcome from the FLAWLESS staff, great pricing and family owned!! I'm not one to write reviews, but I'm beyond impressed how consistent they've stayed. PLUS the food here is fantastic; KC and Chiefs roll are my favorites. Thank you guys for all your hard work throughout the years.

Food is good but service is below average.My chicken order came with hot sauce, I asked for medium sauce instead and was told there would be a up charge of $3. What difference doesn’t it make if they brought out hot sauce or medium sauce with my order?I ended up not ordering the chicken and only ordered sushi only, they lost out on a $30 order because they were greedy and wanted $3. Is the $3 the fee for scooping out of a different container?

For the first time we visited Prime Sushi and it was a surprise...the atmosphere was super cute with good background music...the food was very good. The only thing my family and I thought about was the service that a young woman gave us...I'm not sure if I was sick or tired, but no smile, I didn't talk, I just pointed at the table with my hand...that made us laugh because I didn't interact...anyway, it was a good experience and I think we're going to come back...I hope next time it will be different. .
