Mid. Honestly great idea, but not great execution. Wish it was better! Noon on a Saturday and no one is here. That says it all.

Very poor customer service, especially from the male staff (a tall white male and Asian male specifically). Very rude, won’t even greet customers and act as if they hate their job. I like the food here but the poor customer service from such employees makes me not want to return.

Expensive, but tasty. Actually for bison the price is alright. Butttt!!!! You need a location in madison wi. Probably would fit right in.

I ordered a steak bowl med rare and the steak looked and tasted like it had been boiled. I ordered a mix of veggies but everything was packed together so my lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes were all cooked by the time I received my order, and the bowl was full of liquid (water). Overall my order was a bland container of everything steamed. Very disappointing more thought wasn’t given to how the items could be better packaged for delivery - especially for the price.

The food exceeds the service so, I tolerate the “yeps! & the WHAT’s?” They aren’t the friendliest servers, you can tell when you’re not liked! Zero greetings, no smile and today, I couldn’t get to make my own drink!!! It’s been made before… but not today! I’m not sure I’m coming back to this location, although this is the one I’ve frequented quite often. I’ll find another establishment or location all together!
