This place is disgusting. The bathrooms are nasty and dirty. No soap in the women’s restroom. The trash can is stacked full in the restaurant. The floors everywhere I go had crumbs and mud and food everywhere. This is disgusting. Please clean your restaurant!! The food tastes good though but because of the filth it makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is! I wanted to eat inside but it was too dirty.

Lights outside not on at 10pm in Nov. Chips had that burnt taste. Bowl was at room temp and cheese not melted at all. Would skip this location especially when spanu other options for the price point near by.

This location is allergic to changing gloves. Always working with food, straight to the cash register to handle money, hands on the door frames, then straight back to sticking the SAME gloves in the cheese and preparing food. I have never seen anyone change gloves once since being in this restaurant it’s disgusting. They touch everrryyything. I am not joking. Picking stuff off the floor, taking out the trash, the sprinkling cheese on the next persons food. It’s the grossest place I’ve been.
I like QDOBA but if I order from uber eats there’s a 50/50 chance I’m going to be missing items. It’s happened again today. The explanation from Jordan who is the manager was that the uber driver missed the second bag with my burrito in it. I only ordered a small chips and queso, burrito and a Coke. I don’t understand why the driver would know to look for the second bag when all the items could have easily been placed in the large bag. Weird way of doing things. Also whenever I’ve done an online order it’s never ready when I get there. At least the food is good 🤷🏻♀️
