The first time I ate it I was impressed, how delicious the chicken was crunchy and juicy, they have a delicious sauce, I went for the second time just as delicious (the only bad thing was that this time the cabbage salad was damaged) but the rest of the rest was delicious I forgot to mention the very soft bread.

For the first in many trips thru the drive thru lane, when we got home, for the first time (for me) the order was correct.

Always excited to go through here and then I’m disappointed w the service. Frequently things are left out. Finally called and talked to the manager, who is very nice but was basically telling me that I needed to come back through and make another order so they could take care of those sides that they left out. What in the world kind of Customer Service is that? Already had to pull over to their mobile parking spot for something that is on their drive-through menu-that is a bit of bait and switch already. I was told that my side would be very small when I ordered them but they are definitely not that small that they are invisible. To top it off, this has happened before. No one is appreciative of the time it took for you to sit and wait for them to make your food that was not expected- no apologies bringing my food out 15 minutes later….

Needless to say, this place is not worth my time.

The chicken and sauce are good. The menu is very limited. But picky kids love it. The toast is great.

I really do like Raising Canes - the chicken is tender, the fries are delicious and they are fairly consistent across the country.
Unfortunately this restaurant was filthy. No other customers were in the restaurant when we arrived but every table was dirty…every one of them. There was food, ketchup smears, and crumbs spread across every table. One would think that with that many employees and no customers on a Thursday night someone would have thought to wipe things down.
If the front of the house is that dirty I can’t imagine how dirty it is in the kitchen!
I’m pretty gracious with my reviews but we will not be back to this restaurant anytime soon.
