The staff was so friendly and efficient. It was a breath of fresh air to see a fast food place that had employees with a sense of urgency and professionalism. Very uncommon these days.

I gave this place 3 star... A customer wants another sauce.... Give them the sauce. The young man working the front... he could be nicer about it too. Chick-fil-A does, no issues.

Service was quick with a smile.
The quality of the chicken isn’t close to what it should be. Chunks of gristle in each piece we had.
I think this is a corporate issue, not local.

Stopped to get some chicken strip combos for my boys around 930pm. I handed boxes to boys in back of van and drove home. When I got home the food was gone but I noticed Raising Cane's chicken strips were so hot on Styrofoam box it melted large portions, there was no paper barrier. All I could think about were my kids consuming volatile organic compounds the last 20 minutes. Cane's used to put a paper in there but didn't this time. Raising Cane's lost my trust and business forever, my family's health is too important.

The service here is very inconsistent. Sometimes the service is great, and sometimes the service is not so great. For a place with such a simple menu, they tend to make an inordinate number of mistakes.

My first visit to a Raising Cane's left me underwhelmed. After hearing so much about the chain's chicken, I had certain expectations that ultimately were not met.
The service was excellent despite the restaurant being incredibly loud and busy. While some people may not mind that, it created a chaotic dining atmosphere.
As a place that specializes in chicken, the core product was the biggest letdown. The chicken strips were small and lacked any significant flavor. While they weren't dry, they weren't particularly moist either. The breading, which was also unseasoned, was not crispy and fell off the chicken easily. The entire experience was comparable to getting basic chicken strips from a grocery store deli.
The sides were similarly unmemorable. The fries were fine, but the coleslaw was plain. Given the overall experience, I don't plan on visiting another Cane's.

I absolutely love this chicken. The lemonade is wonderful as well as the coleslaw and bread. Very nice people, clean tables and nice atmosphere.

The first time I ate it I was impressed, how delicious the chicken was crunchy and juicy, they have a delicious sauce, I went for the second time just as delicious (the only bad thing was that this time the cabbage salad was damaged) but the rest of the rest was delicious I forgot to mention the very soft bread.
