Friendly, knowledgeable staff, decent wine list and pretty solid appetizers at the bar.

Got a sandwich that was all dry bread. The place is noisy. Service was good.

Tried to enjoy a Honey Chicken Handheld. Sandwich arrived very cold. The server agreed after touching my sandwich and said it would be remade. In about 2 minutes I received a reheated and still not very hot chicken sandwich that made me wonder if they merely double
toasted the same bun. TOUGH, Microwaved & reused chicken was not what I had in mind for Saturday night dinner.

Arrived close to 1:30pm for late lunch. We were asked booth or table, we chose booth. So we were seated in the bar area. Waitress was kind and took our drink order. We ordered two classic burgers one with cheese the other with bacon, medium well. There were 5 customers in the bar area the same time we were. Maybe 3 couples in the other area. We waited a good 20 minutes for our food. When the food came out the small portion of fries were almost cold, the hamburgers were lukewarm and overcooked and dry. We should have sent it back or at least ask why the food was almost cold. Is this the cooks fault or did the waitress leave the food sitting at the pick up window? Regardless this is not acceptable. We’ve had better meals elsewhere. This was so disappointing since we expected a delicious hot lunch. I should have read the reviews.

Nice place. It was clean and the service was top shelf BUT the food was subpar. Let's just say that I could have made my own chicken ceasar salad and saved some money.

I ordered a ceasar salad with char grilled chicken. The chicken was burnt and super dry. I let them know and they replaced it with one that was juicy and okay. Lacking in flavor. It was just grilled chicken.

It may be okay with your visit. Let me know how you liked it.

Another three star food review. Sunday night. Packed. Put our names in for a two top. Bar seat just became available. We happen to sit next to Wally and his crew. He stated they were locals and were obviously over served. Cash money $tt ordered two Belvedere martinis with blue cheese, stuffed olives, which the bartender stated that they have those. We waited a bit listen to Wally in his crew talk about Costco chickens and then wanted to know where we lived and what we were doing there. Drinks came out delicious. Our table was ready, so we moved to the back corner of the restaurant which I kind of enjoyed because there was kids in families. Ethan our nice young waiter was extremely polite and nice and thorough. He asked if we wanted another round of drinks we said yes, we have the Belvedere martini with blue cheese stuff olives he said right away. few minutes later, the lady came over, sat down to martinis with regular olives and said they are out of blue cheese stuffed olives. Now I know that can’t be because we just ordered some from the bar and I saw them making them. I am also aware of the up charge for having a blue cheese stuffed and served. do you think she wondered? Maybe we don’t want the martini unless it has blue cheese stuffed olives? But no, I was thirsty, cash money, then asked Ethan for a side of crumbled blue cheese, which he brought right over and we stuffed our own. We put in our food order, my french fries were cold to touch and the server agreed with me so he brought out another plate of fries they were at BEST lukewarm. Cash money ate the first one and said it taste like fish. I ate the second one and yes it did taste like fish so I would assume whatever they’re frying in there maybe shrimp or I don’t know what but definitely had a fishy taste to it. The burger was OK. The salad was OK. The soup was delicious. Pickles were good.
I like eating out. This was an odd experience.
I would say to the lady who said they are out of blue cheese olives, just be honest and say we are too busy to make them, like you did earlier. Southland red door ….. idk.

Went on a week day around 1:00 for lunch. We were seated right away at a booth in the back. I would have liked to have been asked if I had a table preference. The back booth is closed off and feels a little tight. Once seated, I ordered an Arnold Palmer. The Arnold Palmer was mixed up with no separation. Then pretzel bites. The server took my lunch order at the same time. The pretzel bites came out warm and toasty. Too bad I didn't get to enjoy them because my fish and chips came out a minute later. I mentioned that to the server, and he said "yeah I know better." While the food was good, I saw a lack of all-around training. Makes you second guess eating here.

I appreciate your follow-up. There is nothing you need to make up to me. I'll wait a month and give the restaurant another try. I'll try to simulate my last visit and hope for better results. Thank you for caring.

Went on a Sunday in the afternoon, 45 minute wait. I ordered the hummus platter. Very dry and didn't have any flavor. The veggies were to thick to eat, I was worried of breaking my teeth. The pita bread was dried out. The server wasn't engaged with us, offered one refill as we were all there. I would not return.

A busy night, burger night, is not an excuse to serve under cooked food. Raw burgers, when you order medium-well. Might need to speak with health department. Sent them back, and they bring someone else's under cooked food back. Never did get the ranch dressing that we asked for. To say the least, we were not impressed and will not be coming back.

We had a great experience. We were a big group and could've been easily overwhelmed but they handled it and there were no complaints. Will definitely return to try out some more food.
