Really great burgers. Fun atmosphere. Very popular for lunch on Sunday. Our group was seated very quickly. Our server was great. The service was fun and personal.

The food was good tasting and our orders were correct. We had a party of 9. Our server did not bring us fries or ask if we wanted fries right away. We're accustomed to them bringing fries out pretty quick after being seated. The fries were not hot when they were brought to us. Our server was okay, not super responsive. We had to ask multiple times for things sometimes. I ordered a mojito and it tasted like it did not have ny alcohol in it. The restrooms had a couple of the 3 stalls with no toilet paper.

Fantastic spot with great service and an impressive selection of gluten-free options! The staff is always friendly and attentive, making every visit enjoyable. I love how they accommodate dietary restrictions without sacrificing flavor or variety. Their gluten-free burger buns are delicious, and the options are always fresh and satisfying. Amazing service! Thank you so much to Jaiden, our server, she was on top of the refills, great conversationalist, and honestly a chill hang. Most impressive part of the whole outting.
The food tho? It's Red Robin, it's gonna be good. I always have an above average time with my meals. I recommend getting what is functionally a "spicy" Rotel dip, it's a side and it goes perfect with the endless fries. Burgers were serviceable, bacon always steals the show.

Our waiter (I believe was Ramon?) on Tuesday Jan14, 25, is really terrific; very personable and attentive. We've had him twice in the last couple weeks as we always prefer to eat in the area. Well there was a misunderstanding about my leftovers, more my fault than his, and told him it was no big deal. He was so apologetic and the next thing we knew, his manager Johnny was at our table to also apologize and more than compensated for the mishap. Both gentlemen were extremely professional, and gave us yet another reason to come back to this terrific restaurant! My wife and I are in our mid 70s, and we eat out a lot in KC and across the country. This particular Red Robin is one of our regular favorite restaurants, not only for excellent food and cleanliness, but for outstanding service. Thank you Manager Johnny and Waiter Ramon (hope I got his name right.) Bill and Diane from Cleveland, Mo.

We love their burgers, chicken sandwiches, and never-ending fries. The service is always good, but a few too many young kids are standing and socializing. My biggest complaint is the kids working the host station and seating people. They just don't use their brains.

They close to early to be a useful place to eat. Food is fine.
Have been going here regularly for fish and chips and the service is always fast, the food is always hot and fresh and the employees are always friendly and attention. I have not had a bad experience yet.

A co-worker took his fiancé here last week and raved about how good everything was from the service to the food! A group of three of us came here to find out for ourselves, and we were really surprised how clean and vibrant and bright this place was!
We had one of the gourmet burgers and it was fantastic. Fries were fresh. The chocolate malt was amazing and our waiter: Sohrab gave us the best top notch service ever ! He was fast, courteous and knowledgeable even though he was new here! He made our experience above and beyond our expectations!
