The taste of the food has gone bland. It's not horrible but it's really different from when they first opened. The teriyaki sauce that goes on the food is bland. Has no taste. They also use to have chopsticks and condiments like soy sauce and duck sauce in front. When I went there this last time it wasn't no longer available to grab. Could use some improvements.

Micahela (the manager), and Melissa (cashier), as well as the cooks at the Oak Park Mall Sarku, are always very kind, polite, and professional. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. My experience at this Sarku location is always positive, which is why I keep going back, thanks to the awesome Sarku team!

It's a food place at the mall and the food court. The food is great. It's not as cheap anymore as it used to be, and it seems like they are putting more meat back on it. Thank you
It was a little bit scarce at one point.
