Absolutely garbage. A simple cheese pizza cold and it appears Helen Keller cut it. I asked and PAID FOR jalapeño ranch and that was not what I was given. The large, lazy delivery man also could not read instructions or the sign on my door and rang my doorbell causing my dog to bark and baby to wake up. Bravo. Will never order this garbage again.

Pizza was terrible literally frozen pizza quality. I paid over $28 dollars for a tiny crappy pizza and a diet Pepsi. Seems terrible food is the recent norm here. No response needed I will never be back.

I can't believe the nerve of this pizza joint! Their customer service is beyond awful. Who in their right mind thinks it's okay to treat paying customers like dirt? I mean, waiting for over 50 minutes for a pizza, only to be met with rudeness when you call to check on it? Unacceptable! And then, having to call not once, not twice, but THREE times because they can't get their act together? It's like they couldn't care less if you end up with a cold pizza or no pizza at all. And the audacity to deliver a pizza you have to reheat! Sure, the pizza might have been decent, but the hassle and the bad vibes it brought ruined my entire night!

This is the worst place to order food in Overland Park , i had very bad experience tonight as I ordered a vegetarian pizza where they missed all my toppings and just handed me a pizza with cheese on it. Up on calling they agreed to replace the order and when i went back at store to pick up my order the guy at the counter was so rude, racist and psychopath mention word like go home eat what you got with your family and much more idiotic dialogue and asks to wait for more time to get replacement as they were giving me free food. Respect your customers as you employees at this store are getting paid and your survival is because of what we eat at your place. Very useless people working at this location who do not know to speak with customers. I would not suggest anyone to go to this place and eat and I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN??
